Bad for the Brand
The ghost of Howard Johnson's haunts this Sheraton, which is undergoing renovations but can't exorcise poor service and shoddy fixtures. Shall I list them?- The fire alarm went off three times during my visit - no fires, just incompetence- My sink continually backed up, leaving nasty scum in its wake- Only one of three toasters in the breakfast bar were operational- The soda machine on my floor would not accept dollar bills- Short-staffed front desk; be prepared to be put on hold every time you call- Whenever I asked why the complementary USA Today was not delivered to my door, I was told, "They must have run out." Really?- Untrustworthy shuttle service left me abandoned at the T station for an hour.Yes, the free breakfast and shuttle service are nice amenities, but be prepared: do not expect a Sheraton experience on your stay.

Under renovation
This hotel is being renovated -- which it certainly needs. It's currently quite shabby. But they are renting rooms that should not be occupied. I am assuming my room had not been redone. The empty spaces and the uncomfortable and awkwardly placed furniture couldn't be the future look. Worst of all, however, was the paint smell in the room, which must have come from elsewhere in the building, The stairway opposite my room was blocked off with construction tape. Looking through the window of the emergency exit at the other end of the hall, you could see construction debris. So the only way down from the third floor seemed to be the elevator. Can this be legal?

4/6/13 Wedding Group
I stayed here for my wedding weekend 4/5/13-4/7/13 and was unimpressed. Upon checking in, the day manager informed us he'd be moving us to a quieter section of the hotel and upgrade my room, my parents' and my in-law's rooms, fabulous. However, I had gone to the desk with someone in the wedding party to check on their reservation and asked to confirm what the day manager told me. The woman at the desk was very rude and said "Oh, we're not going to do that." When I asked who made that decision and why I had to find out when I went to ask another nonrelated question she stammered and apologized. They clearly have no clue what they're doing. To make matters even worse, at about 11:30pm that evening a man entered our room with a key and was shocked to find my mother and I talking. He was a gentleman, just as shocked as we were and informed us that they had reserved this room for him, but anything could've happened. We could've have things stolen from the room, he could've tried to hurt me or anyone else that was in there. My mother went to the front desk to find out what happened and the staff apologized and offered to refund her for 1 of her 2 night stays. Clearly they did not enter the reservation changes in the computer which is how that man got a key and why ours got deactivated. I did not sleep in the room that night. To have this happen the night before our wedding put an extremely sour taste in our mouth, the staff knew why we were there and should have gone the extra mile to make sure their security was in order. We had also booked a brunch the Sunday after the wedding and were not impressed. The food was mediocre, the room seemed like it was a back closet with barely any windows, nothing on the walls, very drab and cramped. It was also 1,000 degrees in there. They boast about upgraded rooms which are huge and beautiful, but be careful on the beds. If you sit at the edge of the bed, the mattress will come up off the frame, someone could easily fall and hurt themselves. Bottom line: If you are a bride-to-be looking for a hotel for you & your guests, GO ELSEWHERE!!! The staff is rude, the brunch rooms are awful, and they will make changes to your reservations without telling you resulting in MAJOR security breaches!!

Fantastic stay at a great hotel..
I had read the reviews on this site regarding the hotel BUT thank goodness I kept an open mind.!The hotel collect you from the airport when you arrive as long as you ring them.. Thenwill take to Wonderland Train station which takes you straight into Boston. This is all free of charge. Our room had been renovated and was very nice - they only had two floors left to do..The free breaksfast was great and had everything you needed. There was a fantastic Japeneseresturant and UNO was almost next door.. Along with other shops... We thought it was greatand well worth the money...

Nice Hotel near Boston Logan Airport.
I have stayed at this Hotel many times before and it is allways nice to crash at the F.P.B.S. After a long flight. UNO Chicago Grill is right next door plus a shopping Center. Free Shuttle Service and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable.
