I was in Bari for a business trip. The hotel is not really close to the center, so this may be the only downside. A feature of the rooms in this hotel is the transparent shower box looking out the room inside, so from the bed you can have a very clear view of the shower and, partially, of the bathroom. The room had excellent comfort, wi-fi and sky were included for free. The service was top quality. In my room I had complimentary mineral water and a kettle for coffee and tea. The breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of fresh and tasty food. Highly recommended!

We arrived in the dark and, even with our Sat Nav and directions, had difficulty finding it ¿¿¿ a better angled and illuminated sign would have helped when we got near. Access was also a bit unclear but we located the underground car park and parked. Neither then, nor when we left next morning, could we find a luggage trolley; when we were leaving, the Receptionist suggested that my husband trawl the car park (several floors) to find one and only when he had unsuccessfully, did she send a porter who eventually arrived at our room with one!Our room was a reasonable size and very smartly appointed with table/desk and office chair and excellent Wi-Fi. Hanging space was small with little luggage space ¿¿¿ the whole experience seems geared to business trips. The large double bed (2 singles together) had adjustable firmness ¿¿¿ quite good but not really as hard as we like it. It was very hot when we arrived (and 35 C and humid the following day) and we could not get the A/C cool enough. After several T/Cs with Reception and a porter, this was adjusted a little from a central console but it still was not as cool as we would have liked.As it was late, we decided to eat in. They were hosting some buffet event and so the restaurant as restricted to a few tables and a pleasant, if harried, waiter for everyone. We chose only one dish and drink each, were not impressed (they were not even hot) and then left. There was a little self service shop where snacks could be bought and microwaved, which was an interesting idea.Breakfast was expensive and we found a much alternative cheaper in old Bari. The Receptionists and waiter spoke English, but not the porter. As described in other reviews, the ultra modern bathroom was a clear glassed room, so everything happening in it, even the toilet, could be seen from the bed ¿¿¿ not ideal. In the morning, the entire large shower fitting on the wall (i.e. not the head but the fitting on the wall) fell off, hitting my husband a glancing blow to his shoulder and then landing heavily on his toes. When we showed the fitting and my husband¿¿¿s purple and blue toes to the Receptionist, they gave us the previous evening¿¿¿s dinner free. We later learnt that one of my husband¿¿¿s toes had been broken by the shower.We chose the Inn as being near the Airport for an evening arrival and as it was cheap as a weekend. We are not sure we would want to return, certainly not if it was a more expensive rate.

We stayed here on Monday night after a one week cruise... A short taxi ride took us here - staff was very friendly. The room was small, but very accommodating. We found both a cafe, and a nice restaurant around the corner.All told, this was a very nice hotel, booked for 100 Euro, direct through Hilton.com, that was a perfect overnight before returning home from vacation.

Despite the location the rooms are amazing, clean and comfortable. The parking is free but little dangerous depending the size of your vehicle :) . I recommend this hotel. It's follow the worldwide quality of Hilton brand.

It might wasn't very easy to find, but we stayed here for 2 nights and like it. Staff was very friendly, room was very comfortable, we slept very well on this huge bed ( two single together) and we didn't feel a gap between two of them.Shower was so exciting, definitely for "romantic" natures. Breakfast was quite nice in comparison with all other next 5 hotels we stay later. It was the "neares" to English breakfast- only scrambled egg and bacon, no sausages, mushrooms, etc, but they cooked for us an omlette wit ham and chees as a favour!Unfortunately, you can't shut the door to the toilet properly- it is a "stopper" on a way, it makes using of the toilet a bit problematic. Better to switch a television on.!
