Week of relaxation
A thoroughly relaxing stay, as the staff were friendly and efficient, everything was clean, and the food was plentiful and well presented. The bar was well stocked, and nothing was too much trouble. Although there was a coach party staying as well, we did not suffer any lack of service or inconvenience.

Girls Weekend!!
I normally choose a 5* luxury hotel, but as part of a group booking The Cliffeside was chosen ..... what a great choice. The rooms were suitable and clean, with frsh beds and towels, even nice tea & coffee making facilities. The best parts were the staff ........ so helpful, the location ........... perfect for gtting out and about and the views magical with the moon on hte sea, the breakfast ......... scrummy and all the hotel residents were most pleasant and jolly ........ a really lovely atmosphere. The sister hotels are a bonus also.Thank you :)

Seafront Hotel in Bournemouth
Great position and great food. Good service in the main. Reception staff very welcoming but foreign bar staff need training in interpersonal skills. And how to smile !! Rooms can be on the small side but very clean. Overall this hotel is good vfm and ideal for walking into Bournemouth. Free parking too. Would definitely return. Most of staff can't do enough for you.

Dancing weekend
We stayed at the Cliffside for a dance weekend and it was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the location is 'perfect', right on the seafront with Bournemouth only a 20 minute walk away (5 mins by road). The rooms were ok, perhaps a little tired but clean and with the most comfortable beds. Now, the best bit!!! The Dining Room is most professional in terms of service, and the food was fantastic! The dinner menu was imaginative and varied. We didn't expect restaurant standard food but that is what we received, and the variety and standard of the buffet breakfast was extensive.If you are looking for a good value hotel with good service this is for you.

budget hotel excellent value
Booked this through Majestic Tours as a self drive for ¿¿99 half-board per person with a 99p Bar for 3 hours per night of our 4 day stay.First impressions are that the Hotel could do with a major face-lift and a fresh coat of paint in places,and the rooms are very dated.However all Staff were extremely helpful and allowed us to move to a slightly more spacious room.Restaurant menu was fixed and posted in Reception each morning, but choice was very good and served promptly ,and every selection we made was very tasty and nicely presented.Bar Staff were courteous and at no time did we wait to be served during the 99p Bar offer. Entertainment was on two nights (you could venture too sister Hotels on other nights ),and we would well recommend.Overall a very enjoyable stay ,close to beach, shopping and leisure facilities.
