Very good hotel, especially Hotel staff who were very friendly and helpful including suggesting good places to eat and shop in the area. The hotel was very well maintained and the breakfast was good .

Excellent, comfortable and clean!
We booked this hotel last minute as we were driving through the area and needed a place to stay. The front desk staff was welcoming and the room was very clean. Bed super comfortable and the tv was huge. Updated recently for sure. We'll be looking for another Hampton Inn when we travel again!

5-star service at reasonable price
My wife and I were exhausted after a noisy night at Holiday Inn Express, which had placed us directly beside the elevator despite our explicit request, when booking, for a quiet room far from elevator. We called Hampton Inn and explained our situation. Tanya at the desk explained that she couldn't promise that sports teams staying at Hampton would be quiet -- honesty and transparency, how rare is that!!! -- but she would do her best to find us a top floor room far from elevator, ice, vending etc, and would ask housekeeping to make it ready immediately (11:00 a.m.). Assisted by her supervisor, Ronna, she delivered. We got a big, clean, quite room. Even the in-room refrigerator was silent. Bonus: the included breakfast offered apparently real eggs and a fresh pot of oatmeal, rather than the instant sort. We were visiting our student son in Ithaca, 35 minutes away, and the price and quality were well worth the travel time, as Ithaca hotels gouge you whenever something is going on at the schools. We will long remember the efficient, professional, warm hospitality of Ronna, Tanya and the Hampton Inn. Oh, and the indoor pool is big enough to swim in!

Great staff, nice hotel
The evening manager was really friendly when I checked in and even let me have a late check-out time so I could see if work required me to spend an extra night, or I could go home early. The hotel was very clean and nice. The pool was also warm.

Nice place
Just stayed there during the university open house this weekend. Nice hotel, cork screw behind the desk to use, nice clean room. The hallways were in serious need of vacuming but they had a pretty big crowd. Good place, and friendly folks. We will be back.
