Perfect for city break stay
Used hotel for over night stay before training the second day in the hotel conference room. It was a good hotel and the food and service was satisfactory. The rooms were clean and tidy and perfect for an over night stay

Disgusting do not stay here !!!!!
Arrived back after night out 1130pmCould hear lot of loud music very clearly through walls there must be no acoustic insulation in these wallsTherefore as we tried to sleep through this we knocked on neighbours wall to alert them to be quietResponded by getting louderComplained to duty manager who was hopeless said could not leave reception as he was alone ?...Phoned back ten mins later as no change in noise ten mins again we opened our door to find duty manager lurking on corridor would not approach the doorRegretted not contacting police as manager was too cowardly to resolve situation was 2 -am before noise stoppedWhen e mailed to hotel manager again did not care lessTried to say we had disturbed room opposite by us complainingTake my advice stay in premier inn cheaper and better service and qualitySleep in your car first before staying here Oh and room was filthy dirty with a bath that a child would struggle to fit in Avoid this place at all costsI have travelled the world and never experienced such poor service !!!!

Adequate for price paid
First I must declare that I paid under 35 pounds a night for this hotel through Late Rooms.The location is excellent for the city centre and there is plenty of free parking.On the outside the hotel appears a little shabby, but the reception is clean and modern. My room was ridiculously small and any more than one night would have been unworkable. The noise of the fans outside woke me up a couple of times.The room and hotel were very clean and the staff seemed friendly.A good value overnight stay, but wouldn't stay any longer.

Room needs updating!
Walking into the hotel, the reception is lovely! Stop it all changes now!! Skinny corridors, old creaking stairs and tv's that came out the ark! The rooms are basic, big beds, plenty storage but old! Old kettle, did not use ours, rusty on inside filthy on outside. No need to organise wake up calls - the couples next door do that for you around 2am!! .Bathroom was well - shower sprayed every way except where it needed to, hairs on floor, and as for down toilet, a good scrub and bottle of bleach would have done the trick! Breakfast was good, server was very attentive, clearing tables, seating people, replenishing the continental choice, taking orders(but not from the little hitter from reception who was trying to tell him how to do his job!) Shame coffee and tea were warm at best due to the flasks that are being used! Location is super for shopping and town but stay here only if you are packing ear plugs and a bottle of bleach!!
