Puttin on the Ritz
I just stayed at the Ritz in Boston and had a very good experience check-in and out was smooth and no waiting. The location is perfect for financial meetings and my conference was also held there. The quality of the Conference meals was only exceeded by the quality of their service. My room was very tastefully decorated and all amenities were high quality. The bath was quite large and the shower was exceptional. The Ritz has partnered with a high end athletic club that provides direct access from the hotel with no additional fee. Best hotel I have stayed in on multiple visits to Boston!

Boston Not-So-Common
I stayed here for four nights from 4/7/2013 - 4/11/2013. Quickie review for those who have no patience for my sometimes lengthy musings: Great hotel in a great location with great "ladies and gentlemen" serving you. Highly recommended.Now, for the full review...In typical Ritz fashion, I was warmly welcomed to the hotel by a Doorman the moment I stepped out of my cab. Registration at this hotel occurs whilst seated at an actual desk. The setup makes for a more personal experience. Check-in was fast and flawless. Before I knew it, Michael, the Front Desk Agent, was escorting me to the tower elevators. Despite the quick nature of the check-in, the Agent was adept at meaningfully engaging via conversation. All in all, it was one of the better arrival experiences I've ever had. The room was very well-maintained. Nary a blemish existed. Exceedingly spacious bathroom. And the bed... very, very comfortable! Housekeeping-wise, morning and turndown services were always perfect. I stayed at this hotel as an attendee of the 2013 Total Customer Experience Leaders Summit. The meetings experience was mostly great. A/V was flawless. Rooms were setup nicely. And the food was fantastic! The only hiccup involved the HVAC system. For some reason, it was either freezing cold or swelteringly hot. The system couldn't find a balance.Despite the HVAC issue in the meeting spaces, this Ritz is not-so-common in a good way. Would definitely stay again if given the opportunity.

Convenient and Excellent
What is nice about many of the Ritz Carlton properties is how consistent they are - room layout tends to be the same, jogging maps, towels and apples are waiting for you at your morning run and the staff is courteous and helpful. The Boston version of RC lives up to expectations in every way with clean, well sized rooms, a great location, courteous staff, excellent breakfast, great T access and a very nice bar.

Incredible Service
I would definitely stay here again!! I came to town on an "alone" vacation. Gabe (concierge) set up a car to pick me up at the airport ...my driver was very sweet. I was upgraded to a huge room which was fantastic once the city was placed on lockdown. Sterling Jackson the bartendress is fantastic and lovely to talk to ...the service from everyone in the hotel was impeccable. Thank you to everyone ...it was a wonderful stay ...even with the crazy events of the weekend.
