This hotel is cheap that's the good thing. Be aware however that from my experience it is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Taking a shower will result in you having black feet once to set foot on the bathroom floor. The bed sheets are torn and I couldn't understand why the room was so cold. I picked up a virus on this trip and this could be a coincidence, it is taking some shifting. I have never been so glad to leave a hotel.

We stayed there for 2 nights. The hotel needs renovation but the price waas fair for what offers..Staff is great, smiley and helpful!!Breakfast included just the very basics but it was ok!It wasn't not a bad stay at all!!

Nice reception and that is were it ends. The rooms were dark and dingy with a layer of dust and grime over everything in the room. The carpets were filthy and the curtains were falling off of the poles. The beds were lumpy and had springs coming through the mattress and we were left with bites after sleeping in them. The bathroom was in poor condition with cracks in the sink and mouldy grouting and shower curtain. The next rooms a/c unit was outside the window of our room and made a loud rattling noise all night.The breakfast consisted of rolls and cake which was mostly stale and we had to repeatedly ask for coffee which when it finally turned up was disgusting. The table cloth was filthy as was the rest of the dining room.The pool was being used by local lads who made it clear that women were not welcome in the pool area. My Husband did have a swim but the water was cloudy and pool area was not very clean.The cafe was just odd. When we ordered a drink the staff rang through to somewhere else and half an hour later another member of staff came out of the lift with our drinks. There was rubbish under the counter and dust and dirt everywhere.Overall the hotel is dirty and run down with staff who don't seem to know what they are doing or don't care.We would not stay there again nor would we recommend anyone else stay there either. This is definitely not three star

We felt so disheartened by the end of the trip especially due to the poor advice and recommendations by the hotel staff. The staff were more interested in ripping off money from you than actually being helpful. We booked a flight and tour through them to Luxor and not only did they make us pay extortionate amounts they also conned us and never kept to the initally agreed itinerary. They made us pay for a train journey down saying the flights were more expensive, we found out later that not only did they charge us more for the fare but the price of the flights were cheaper than what we ended up paying!! When the manager was confronted about this, he denied all knowledge of it happening. I can't comment too much about the other services of the hotel since we were out exploring a lot of the time, of what I can comment, the rooms appeared unclean and I was worried about getting into the beds occasionally. Overall I would strongly discourage staying at the hotel but if you do, DO NOT get any travel or trip advice from them unless if you want to get conned!!!!

I stacyed here for 7 days ,Enjoyed my stay ,quite friendly and my room was pretty clean so thats the main thing.The hotel it's self is not the best in the world but it was good enough.My partner and i was happy with this.
