Great Hotel
Thanks to all the staff, great service as always, we have stayed at the hotel twice a year for a least the last five years and would not consider anywhere else in Dubai, We stay with family in Dubai but to make the holiday complete we always have a week in the Jumeira Rotana, a nice comfortable hotel with everything you require catered for with a big smile. Delighted to meet the General Manager a very friendly lady. See you all again soon.Kind RegardsSally & Joseph Reid (Scotland).

DEFINATELY 5 STAR
We felt like royalty staying at jumeirah rotana,we had booked a classic suite with halfboard.we had reached the hotel in the morning and our room was already waiting for us.it took us less than 5 minutes to sign documents and check in.very beautiful hotel,extremely spacious rooms,ours had a balcony,each floor in the hotel is a different colour.we stayed on the 3rd floor and every night the hotel had a different theme for dinner eg; saturday-mexican fiesta,thursday-far eastern fusion.breakfast and dinner is out of this world,the pool area is is very nice my kids really enjoyed it.we first booked for 5 nights and later extended our stay for 2 more nights.this 4 star hotel exceeds the standard in its category where exceptional comfort,service,customer care,delectable cuisine are provided with lavish style.we felt very sad to leave but we will be back and i will recommend this hotel to everyone.the view of burj khalifa on the balcony of the 5th floor while u having your meal undescribible,u have to experience it yourself.

It does what it says on the tin
I cannot fault this hotel. as business traveller, I loved the down town location, very convenient to where I needed and wanted to be. Fabulous huge room, with plenty of space to work, get ready and chill. The hotel is not the newest, and decor especially in the bathroom is a little dated. But it was sparkling clean, there was complimentary tea and coffee, and I loved the bathrobe. What a nice touch. Great atmosphere in their Boston Bar, and a lovely roof top pool with a great view. Very friendly staff, professional and very helpful. The beach is not far away. I enjoyed the huge choice at the breakfast buffet and was impressed that everybody was smoking outside on the terrace. My room did not have a view, I guess in a down town hotel there have to be some rooms overlooking the next building. It did not bother me, and I would definitely book this hotel again should my business take me back to Dubai.

Great holiday
We stayed at the rotana for 6 nights from the 22 April 2013 this was an excellent choice & location , the hotel was very nice clean & room was spacious the staff were very helpful. The journey was made easy as everything was ready when we arrived at 7.30 am. We had a variety of choice for breakfast unfortunately the dinner wasn¿¿¿t my choice however if you like sea food then this is for you. . location is good as you are 10 mins from the beachs shopping malls & the airport. Certain days are designated for female access only on jumeirah beach which was excellent for muslim women. Also you can hear the call for prayer and various local mosques with wash room facilities. If I returned I would certainly be staying at this hotel again.

Great staff!
I stayed one night while I was attending a two day workshop for my employer. I arrived from out of town at 8:45 a.m. and the front desk did not hesitate to let me check into my room. The staff was some of the most competent hotel staff I have encountered in the UAE. Check-in was a breeze because of that fact. I was informed about the location of my meeting just seconds after making the inquiry. Check-out went smoothly as well, and retrieving my bag when the meeting was complete, took no time at all. The meals provided with the workshop I attended were excellent. The evening meal that I ordered in my room was excellent as well. My room was clean and very spacious. I slept like a log! My only regret was that I wasn't staying for fun or for more than one night. Thanks!
