Great Stay
I stayed here last September with friends and my partner. It was a lovely hotel. Nice secure parking underground which was ideal. The hotel itself was lovely and the clubs and pubs attached to the hotel were great. The Plaza Club had a great deal where you pay a certain amount of money on entry and you don't need to pay for any drinks inside, major bonus!!

last night
Having had such great hotels all week this one was a let down, we were shown three rooms before one was acceptable although they have been refurbishing them. as we were on a tour the meals were inclusive and this was not up to the standard of the rest of the tour, only two choices for each course and if you were vegetarian,when I asked the question I was told no alternative, unfortunatly my husband and a couple of other people were ill that night, we are not certain it was the food but no lasting effects, woud not go there again from choice. the location was not very good, very scruffy outside and quite noisy from motorway and generator, also people leaving from bar and function early in morning.

Definately a business hotel
Quite a way outside of Dublin this hotel is definitely a business hotel and probably not for the leisure traveler.Clean and all complete it just had a less friendly feel than a hotel for tourists.The food was OK but became cold as we waited for the vegetables and then gravy and the waiting staff were really to busy to give that friendly feel.The room was adequate but the bed was as hard a s a tiled floor.If staying in Dublin again for leisure would get a hotel closer to the centre.

Easter break
I recently spent 2 nights at this hotel with my husband. We had a really lovely time and the room was very comfortable and warm. We had a view of the Dublin mountains and they were covered with snow. The staff were very friendly and very attentive.

Not deserving of 4 Stars!!!!!
This was to be a special break to celebrate our daughter's 16th birthday. First impressions were bad when we arrived to see a litter-strewn street outside. Had I not booked online and paid a deposit, I would have kept driving. It's amazing how photographers can make places look so inviting. I was uneasy to park car outside in such a run-down area.Then, when one of our party went home sick, the Receptionist stated that it was unlikely that any reduction would be given but she would have to check with her Manager. That was the last I heard of it!! Then it transpired that a gift bag was taken from our (shabby) room which contained my daughter's birthday presents and a card. Reception didn't want to know and girls were told that 'cleaner would not have removed anything from rooms, only making beds and changing towels when we were staying a second night'. After numerous requests, the bag (which had been thrown into rubbish) was produced...no explanation and no apology. I complained when checking out to a man who could not have sounded less interested if he tried. His attitude was 'didn't you get it back?' Yes we did, with melted and ruined chocolates but luckily enough a still working ipod. Only pleasant, friendly staff were the girls in Cafe/Restaurant but I'm afraid it wouldn't be enough to make me spend my hard-earned money to go back there.
