Good Hotel
This is a nice three star hotel. The rooms are large, nicely decorated and very clean. The food is good although I thought the drinks were a little on the expensive side. What made this hotel was the staff. They were reallyfriendly and professional and went above and beyond to accomodate us. Rachael who served us our meal each night was exceptional, a real assett to the hotel.The location was fairly isolated but only a short drive from Leamington Spa and Kennilworth which were quaint and interesting towns. I would recommend that you book in advance for any spa treatments, we arrived mid afternoon friday and there were no treatments available until after we were due to leave. Bit dissapppointed as we had tried to get a price list before we went but although promised did not arrive.

Very Good
Stayed here recently had a B&B and evening meal package.Could not fault it, room was great and staff very helpful and good.The evening meal - 3 courses was 1st class . The weather was good and it was nice to have a drink outside on the decking before dinner.

Brilliant Hotel
We stayed at the Chesford Grange for my birthday weekend and couldn't fault it.Our double room was large, with a huge bathroom and incredibly comfortable bed! The whole place was clean, and the staff were friendly and knowledgable of the area.The restaurant food was lovely, and the breakfast was plentiful.All in all a great hotel well positioned for day trips to nearby Straford-upon-Avon, Warwick etc.

Pleasant stay
Good, clean hotel with very good and pleasant service. Week-end stay in May, was busy with wedding / hen night guests but we weren't disturbed by any noise at night.Didn't eat in the restaurant as found the menu quite limited and pricey. Buffet breakfast was good but beware of ordering anything extra- very expensive! I am a vegetarian and ordered an omelette with tomato and mushroom but was served with one containing ham! Used the pool but not the spa or the gym. Pool is OK but far too small, couldn't use it on the Saturday as too many kids. Overall a good stay if you're not too bothered about the pool. Would stay again, look out for their deals.

Couldn't have been better
Arranged room at last moment , looking for a hotel anywhere between Gatwick and Manchester. Am already a member of Q hotel Breakaway club so thought of Chesford Grange. Have stayed there years ago. On arrival i was greeted by porter who carried my cases. Reception was efficient and very polite. Gave me an upgraded room. Bar lunch (soup and glass of wine a bit expensive and small serving but very tasty. Evening meal excellent. Waiting staff very attentive. Bedroom / Bathroom very good size and well equipped. Breakfast of good standard but let down by bickering waiting staff.Overall, highly recommended and good value if you use their club rates for weekend breaks.
