Indian Lakes
DIRECT TV did not carry local sports games!! Had to watch game at SHIRAZ bar!?! Food at conference dinner was terrible; cold, unappealing, tasteless. Had to wait over an hour for overcooked chicken ceaser salad from room service. At the CAVE bar, bartender did not offer snacks. When was asked, the snacks were served in a Styrofoam 'clam shell'; "We're out of bowls!" Had to send drinks to be remixed, twice. Room service took over an hour to arrive. Breakfast buffet did not stay open as long as published. Our 'package' included two buffet breakfasts. We were billed for breakfast, but front desk resolved issue. Best part of stay was dinner at Shiraz. Erich Ziegler was very personable, helpful and professional. Highlight of a BAD stay!!

Indian Lakes-An escape from the city
I had the pleasure of visiting this property for a job related meeting. Although we worked hard, we got a chance to enjoy the great facility. The swimming pool was large, There was a beautiful golf course on the property, a very adequate fitness center and of course some very nice eating and drinkintg options.

This Is A Hilton!!!
First let me say... if you are getting married Don't wear white in this hotel!!! My daughter chose this hotel for guests wanting to stay after her wedding in the area. I had a suite as we would all be getting ready the day of the wedding. My suite which was not cheap was filthy, the carpet was so old and dirty I had to put a blanket down on the floor so my daughter could put her wedding gown on, by the time we got out of the hotel the bottom of her dress was black, spent 30 minutes before wedding ceremony trying to get dirt off with a stain stick. There were also problems getting luggage carts to bring all our stuff up to our room. Upon checkout, I voiced my concerns to the lady behind the counter, all she could do was apologize but never got a manager or anything. so here we go again, no luggage carts my husband and I made about 6 trips up and down trying to carry everything, luggage wedding gown, wedding gifts...Really!!! This place is not up to Hilton standards!! The air conditioning wasn't working to well either in our room. This hotel needs some major carpeting changes, we had a big room block and everyones carpet was pretty disgusting... we did eat here for breakfast,,and found everything to be pretty good. I would not return to this hotel.

Hilton Indian Lakes Resort
Indian Lakes is a great lodge for travelers or for those just seeking a getaway. The property has a unique and fun design and the rooms are very comfortable. You truly feel like a getaway when visiting this resort. And if that isn't enough, there are two great golf courses that will challenge you but are fun to play. I highly recommend Indian Lakes for a visit.

Worst kind of Hilton
Bad customer service, rooms not cleaned, equipment ie A/C , closet door broken, Smelly rooms and the list goes on. Front desk very rude. First Checked us out before our time, then wanted to charge for an extra day when we were checking out.
