Wonderful!
There was absolutely wonderful service that was kind and helped as much as possible - especially Steve! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and it is in a nice area to Boston, Lexington and Concord, and even Providence. Definitely a place anybody should stay for business or pleasure.

We enjoyed our stay!
We visited family in the area, so spent three nights at the Hilton Garden Inn. Even though the room was abit on the small side, it had absolutely everything that we needed including fridge, coffee maker, real mugs (!), and desk. Closet was spacious. There were plenty of towels and nice toiletries. The bed was "ohh sooo comfortable"! Staff, including the front desk staff and the chambermaids were very helpful and pleasant. Steven at the front desk helped to clarify directions so that we could take the train to downtown Boston.The only thing we found rather odd was that we had to walk past the dining room and bar to get to the pool....Overall, we had a good comfortable stay and will stay at the HGI if we are back in the area. Thanks!

Patriot's Day Stay
Great hotel! This was our second visit here in the last year. The staff is friendly, and the location is excellent! Close to shopping, historical venues, and mass transit to Boston it's the best hotel in the area for staging day trips with the kids!

Great hotel
I was visiting my daughter in Boston and stayed here for two nights. Check in was process was efficient and easy. A few minutes after getting to our room, Steve at the front desk called to see if everything was ok. What a nice touch! We ordered room service that night and food was very good and priced right. Bar at night was quiet, but pleasant. We did not get breakfast included with our room, but paid for it one morning. It was ok, nothing great. I wish we had time to use the pool and workout room but maybe on our next visit. I would definately stay here again.

NEWLY RENOVATED - LOOKS GREAT
I had a meeting at this hotel today and the lobby, bar and restaurant was renovated. It looks great. Probably the best looking HIlton Garden Inn I have ever seen and I have seen a lot. The lobby and bar is very inviting. The staff was great and the food was awesome. Try the cookies
