Treated like we were family
Anyone who is looking for a place to stay in the Burlington, MA area need not look any further. The restaurant and bar staff are amazing. The shuttle service provided free of chrarge to a 5 mile radius of the hotel makes you feel like your part of the Hilton family.

1 Happy Customer
I spend 5 to 10 weeks a year traveling for business in the US and aboard and my recent experience at this hotel has exceeded my expectations on every level. The front desk staff was friendly upon my arrival and the teams (housekeeping, kitchen, etc) were doing a good job of performing their regular duties. I thought it was extremely courteous when a front desk team member (Kim) offered to go to the kitchen and get me some coffee, after hearing me tell a colleague that i wanted some and they only a lemonade out...she even add the creamer and sugar for me. :) Brian suggested some great local eateries in the area and my team was impressed with each of them.Half way during my stay, I came down with strep throat and needed some extra attention (away from home and with no family or friends to help). Jennifer at the front desk located me a clinic nearby and Alfred took me there in the hotel shuttle and brought me back. They even offered to take me to get my prescription and lunch since the kitchen wasn't open. Since I was contagious for the first 24 hours, Ali and Jose P. brought meals (whatever they had and i wanted) to my room, even during non-roomservice hours, so that i wouldn't have to get out of the bed. This was good for me, the staff, and the other guests because i wasn't spreading germs everywhere. To top it off, no-one really wanted to accept a tip "saying my job is to make sure you are taken care of" - who does that these days. :) Each time I've called or walked downstairs after i started feeling better, they asked how i was doing and if they could do anything more for me during my stay. I am grateful for this team and will stay here each and every time I am in this area. I hope you will too!

An Amazing Experience!
I was traveling with a group of students. We were competing at a finals event for Color Guard and the date just so happened to conflict with their Junior Prom. Unfortunately 7 of my students would need to miss prom because of the competition. So the staff decided to treat them to an overnight to soften the disappointment. I contacted Andrea in group sales and she was AMAZING! She helped with a dinner menu, rooms, etc... she couldn't have been more helpful in making this experience just right for the kids. When we arrived the staff was wonderful! We were welcomed in our rooms with custom cookies and chocolates. When we got back from the competition the students got all dressed up for dinner. When we got to the restaurant it was decorated with their school colors. They even stayed open a little later to accommodate us. The full complimentary breakfast was just the icing on the cake. The rooms were gorgeous, hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff - tremendous! I cannot say enough good things about our experience and how great the Hilton Garden in Burlington is. BRAVO!

What a Wicked good place
With all that was going on in the Boston area this past week the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn was more then helpful every step of the way. First we were able to change our reservations from friday night to staurday night with no issue. Then the service on Saturday and Sunday was just wicked awesome. We had a phone that didnt work, so they fixed it and gave us a free breakfast voucher for the inconvience. The pool was wicked warm, so my kid was wicked happy. The breakfast was wicked good. I would stay here again and plan to when we return to see another wicked awesome Sox's game. Thank you again for everything you did for us.

Great Staff
Am in the second day of our stay and the staff has been awesome. From check in to anyone we pass in the hall never a greeting missed. All requests met with enthusiasm. Restaurant recommendations, service and quality exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making this stay as pleasant as possible.
