Excellent Value Hotel
Have stayed in this hotel a couple of times whilst on business in The Hague. The rooms are a decent size and have been recently refurbished with comfortable beds. The rooms I have stayed in have also been very quiet with little or no noise from either other rooms or outside.Also, it has one thing that I have found missing in many of my other hotel visits recently...power points near the bed! This may seem trivial but being able to charge phone and have it by the bed is something you take for granted these days!Staff are friendly and check-in/check-out was very quick and efficient.

Very good restaurant!
This is a hotel where everything you'd expect from a Novotel is there: nice and tidy rooms, good location, good breakfast.Especially the restaurant is noteworthy: we were there on a Friday night, almost alone, but the food was excellent and so was the service.

Nice and comfortable, but... FIRE ALARM!
Very convenient for a business traveller going to all the international institutions around. Not to close to the center, but there's probably easy access.I had a short work-related stay. The room was very ample: new, modern, spotless. Also the bathroom was new and clean. All in all a great place, with a seating area with a coffee table, a great working desk and a nice bed.Room service was nice, staff was nice and helpful as they always are at Accor hotels. I had a meeting in the morning and another one in the afternoon, and not only did they let me stay in the room in the time in between: they even let me keep the room until after my afternoon meeting (probably around 5pm)! This made a great difference regarding my personal logistics.There was only one problem, but I found it unacceptable: fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. That can happen, but it kept going non-stop for at least 30 minutes, if not more. I called reception several times and all they could say is they had to wait for the fire brigade before they could turn it off... Seriously? There was no way you could turn the alarm off? I could not sleep at all and this effectively ruined my experience here.Pity!

At 80 Euros a good deal
Efficient Check In and Out whith efficient staff that did not stand out. At Check out there was long line, which though moved fast. I like the new room style of Novotel, so that's why I returned. The bed comfortable, I slept well, despite one would hear the cars driving on the main road ... since it was the weekend it was not too busy. Cleanliness was slightly better than expected,did not find any long black hair ... has happened a lot lately to me in hotels .. skipped breakfast as my rate did not include it and 18 Euros is too much for me. I'ld rather go to a cafe where I can coffee and a croissant for less than 10 Euros. That's all I need for breakfast.

Perfect stay, will be back
We liked everything about this hotel. We booked it with the idea to be close to Scheveningen and we were :). 4 tram stops away. Just perfect! The hotel is fabulous. It is situated in a kind of residential area, on a large boulevard, with a very nice view. We felt spoiled in everything. The room was clean, spacious, the bed and pillows very comfortable. There is even a Nespresso in the room. The breakfast was rich and varied. Staff very attentive and pleasant. What can I say? We will be back for sure!
