Nice city hotel delivering good service
I stayed for week and was very pleased, i had a nice room, my only critism was that i could not open a window and the aircon took a while to cool the room down to an acceptable temperature. Good shower etc, coffee maker, iron/ironing board. Cab to HTC about ¿¿¿15.

Lovely luxurious stay at Park Plaza Eindhoven
We broke our trip from France to Germany in Eindhoven--a delightful Dutch town that made the perfect break. The Park Plaza is a lovely clean and modern hotel. We appreciate the huge room, lovely big bathtub, bathrobes, in-room Espresso machine, and proximity to the pedestrian friendly downtown Eindhoven. The only thing preventing me from giving the hotel a 5 was that the internet wifi had to be restarted every time I came back to my laptop. But that's very minor.All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel lobby and corridors are beautiful, and I enjoyed a drink in the modern bar. This hotel is definitely the place to stay in Eindhoven.

Myself and a friend travelled to Holland for a few days we wanted to have a nice hotel for the last night which we received. Storm helped us in every way possible and went beyond to accomodate us and our needs in every way..

EPICA RETROSPECT WEEKENDER
My Girlfriend and I visited Eindhoven from Blackpool, England on 22nd March 2013 for a music concert. We had initially booked the Crown Inn but I saw the reviews for the Park Plaza and found a price 50 UKP cheaper for the two nights.Upon arrival we were warmly greeted at reception by a young lad called Marlene who was all smiles and upmost professionalism from the moment we got there to the moment we left.Marlene upgraded us to an Executive Room as I had joined Club Carlton last year. My girlfriend was overjoyed as this meant we got free Bath Robes and Slippers :-)The room itself (337) was amazing with electric black out blinds on the windows. There was a flat screen TV (loads of channels including BBC1, 2, and 3), coffee machine, kettle, ironing board and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The SPA shower and bath products were lush. The room did look out onto the car park but views are always restricted in a City Centre Hotel so this had no bearing on our stay whatsoever.The hotel has a small pool, gym and sauna area with free bottled water. The gym equipment is adequate for a short stay and a 30 minute shortened workout. We did not use the pool so cannot comment on water temperature.Breakfast was amazing and included in the price for both nights. We also enjoyed the fact breakfast was served until noon on Saturday and Sunday so we used it as Brunch both days reducing the need for lunch - although we did take in Coffee and Cake in the local Department Store.Eindhoven itself is a business town and there appeared to be little 'culture' to take in so I could not see us visiting again. We were there to see the Symphonic Metal band EPICA at the Klokgebouw approx 3km and 30 minutes walk from the hotel passing the PSV Eindhoven Stadium en route. The hotel is yards from the 'social' centre with loads of small bars which were very busy both evenings with young and old alike having a few sherberts ;-)Funniest moment of the weekend was asking a Gentleman in the Hotel reception about getting a taxi to the Klokgebouw for the concert on Saturday night. He was genuinely shocked at our intention to take a taxi asking us why we had not just decided to walk, and in the end we did walk both ways and we were glad we did. Everyone in Eindhoven seems to walk and Cycle everywhere even on a night out so maybe it's a cultural thing. I also lost a few pounds despite not being on my normal gym routine so all the walking paid dividends.I loved the mobile urinals dotted around this area as it prevents blokes from urinating in shop doorways as they do here in Blackpool and England should copy the Dutch for this.We paid 128 UKP for two nights bed and breakfast for both of us. There was also a local room tax to pay on departure of 7 Euros per night.Superb Weekend, Superb Concert and Superb Hotel!

excellent value for money
stayed here early march, spotless hotel, great breakfast, 10 minutes walk through demer onto rechtestraat shopping and bar/pub/nightclub streets from the bus/train station. bus 401 from airport[ein] every 10 minutes cost 3.50 euro from ticket machine beside bus stop outside the airport. swimming pool, jym and wi-fi for free in the hotel, also tea/coffee making in the rooms also plus iorning board for tour clothes. pub/bar area is stratumsiend, de markt area, basically when you walk out the main door of the hotel turn right then right again and walking straight ahead... that is the street that brings you on to the nightlife area......best pint guinness trafalgar pub on markt 5 euro, also o sheas irish pub around the corner, good live bands pint of the black stuff 5.30 euro.
