they call hotel sant angelo a 3 stars hotel !!?? They gave me a room in a place two blocks downdown the street, I would not call that a room, the phone was not working no minibar dust everywhere no place for luggage, the mattress was very bad. what made me feel very bad is that I paid all in advance with .

never again
I would never suggest this hotel, when I arrived there was an arrogand girl at the reception who told me the hotel was overbooked. I payd all my staying in advance, they send me to 3 differents hotels without having the room, 4 hours going around Romeand at the end they send me to an hotel that was at the neighborhood called san lorenzo. Fortunatly there I found a very nice and professional person, he gave me the opportunityto choose between to rooms. don't book to this hotel.

Lovely
Staff all serve you with a smile and are always ready to help you out. We had a query and Instead of saying 'I don't know' he googled it and gave us the exact directions with more info then we asked for! The rooms were always clean and plenty of hot water. The breakfast had a large selection and changed from day to day. Music in the corridors during day for a relaxed atmosphere. Computers on every floor free for all and wifi in the rooms. As an extra touch the kettle in the room was great and very useful. Amazing place and highly recommend.

Great Little Gem
This hotel is on the far side of the Tiber, but it's an easy walk to many locations, including the Lepanto Metro station. It was a bit of a challenge to find initially, but the room was clean and close to attractions. The breakfast spread was great for my needs, and the staff was very helpful. The bathroom is fairly small, but that's not unusual in European hotels. I would be happy to stay here again, and it's a relative bargain.

Never go here
After multiple emails confirming our room, late arrival and traveling with a handicap person, we arrived at 9PM to be told, "sorry" we are overbooked. Personally I think they gave our rooms to a full paying guest since we had taken advantage of an discount for early booking. Staff gave us a map and told us we had rooms at another hotel across town.
