Good location, not clean and bad service and amenities.
We stayed for 2 overnights during a Cosmos tour. We discovered pumpkin seeds under our beds. This showed lousy cleaning of rooms. The sink plug was stuck closed and the staff who took it out said it was going to be fixed but no one came. Internet not free and very slow. Went to the front desk to ask about laundry service but the single male staff was still talking to another guest. I waited, the staff finished talking to the guest then took more than 10 minutes to attend to me, only to tell me that he knew nothing about laundry service and his companion who was not yet there would know. Be careful when you use the male toilet cubicle at the lobby. One of our tour companions got stuck inside and almost missed the tour.

Ok hotel
Stayed there for 4 nights, at first you get an impression of a motel (outside), but it turned out as a quite ok hotel. Rooms are clean, but if you get a room on the groundfloor there's no way of having some sun light, because people and cars are passing by all the time ... Breakfast is delicious!

A motel at best - certainly should not be classed as ****
We stayed here three nights and that was three sleepless nights due to loud music and shouting in corridor til way after midnight. The rooms are in blocks away from reception and there is no supervision of any kind. Main doors are left open and anyone is free to walk in off the street (hence metal shutters on the windows). There was hole in top sheet on bed and blood spatter on bottom sheet. Rude and unhelpful staff. We were in reception when an elderly man said there was no water in his room and the response from staff was 'have you checked' the man then said 'yes' staff said 'have you opened the fridge door' then totally ignored him. There is nearby shopping mall but even this is a minus because it justs encourages gangs to hang around the hotel all hours and does not feel safe to be outside. When we left we asked reception if they would get us cab to the airport and they refused because they only use limousines booked by themselves. This hotel is not convenient for centre of Rome as stated - you will need bus then train. The only plus was leaving. Which we did gladly.

Not bad at all
My family and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. We did not mind the journey on bus or train to get to the centre of Rome, it enabled us to get a 'feel' of how italians communte in their day to day lives. A benefit was having the mall so close by. The staff in reception were friendly and spoke excellent english. Sabrina at reception was ever so helpful and made our stay that little bit more comfortable. Excellent breakfast, great staff, all you need for a short break.

3 Nights Rome
Hi I stayted here for three nights around May 2012. The hotel is too far out of main rome, but if you do not mind travelling and getting the bus and then train to Termi then that's ok (takes about an hour) it saves you money but you do miss out on the atmosphere of city Rome at night. When we arrived we did not like our room because it had no balcony, the receptionist offered to move us the next day, our room was very nice and clean, with a fridge and drinks.One thing I do not understand is why this hotel does not have all the free tourist attraction brouchures and maps etc.. displayed in the lobby so that the guest can just browse and choose themselves. Having said this the staff are very helpful and will give you guidance and brochures which are kept behind reception.Our room was very nice with a balcony and metal shutters for security. The location of the hotel is just off a very busy main road, we heard no noise. Breakfast was pastries, yoghurts, scrambled eggs and the usual conntinental meats. Evening meals fresh pastas just great!On the other side of the main road is a local club which was mainly older people but they were all friendly and did some sort of line dancing, heheheh :)Next door is a shopping centre but the opening times were sometimes very confusing.I think we got what we paid for and the hotel is clean and good value for money, my first trip to Rome and I loved it.Contact me if you have any questions.
