Very nice hotel
Stopped here for a few days in May 2013.Friendly staff, have no trouble while talking in english with everyone. Bar is standard, but a little expensive.Breakfast is good at most. But if you like to eat much on breakfast - you may remain hungry.Rooms are clean and bright. Service is also good. Sound isolation is not working well - sometimes I heared different loud voices form hall.Placed not so close to historical center of Genoa, but it's not difficult to get it anyway.

Good for one Night before you go to Ferry
Its good for one Night, before you go to Ferry, otherwise, it is more recommendable to book a Hotel, wich is more close to the Center. Area arround the Hotel is like a industrial Area, nothing to do for Tourists. good is, that the Ferryterminal is not far away, so this is, why we choose it and it was good for this Purpose.

Friendly Staff, not very good Location
This Hotel is good, if you want spend the first or last Night before or after a Cruise, due the Hotel is directly loated at the Genova Ferry Area, the City Center is about 10 Minutes with Car away. There have been good Connections with the Bus. Modern Novotel with nice Decor and Room was in the usual Design. We hada Room in oneof the higher Etages and good view to the (industrial) Ferry Terminal and Motorway.

choose this hotel only if you have kids
We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, which you could say sleepless. at the executive floor kids running, slamming doors, shouting from 7 am until after midnight. the hotel lobby looks like after a war. the reception can't talk on the phone as everyone around shouting non stop.breakfast room can't accommodate the amount of guests at the hotel and if you came at 9 am you most probably not find all breakfast components. breakfast was the same everyday and no variants. this is defiantly not a Novotel style and as Accor loyalty members we were very disappointed. We understand the hotel can't control all guests behavior, however the hotel need to think also on the paid customers who came to rest and not be part of the Italian families fiasco.

Great service
If you a possibility to take a discount (from 80 ¿¿¿ to 100 ¿¿¿ per night, double standard room) is a great deal. Best Staff I've seen: very gentle and cordial. Further they give you a chocolate at check in and water at check out. TV sat, fitness room, pool, good breakfast. Close to the Aquarium of Genova.The only thing not excellent (but is a problem of Genova) is the parking: you don't have a chance, you must park your car in the garage paying 10/15 per night.
