Excursion
The hotel was used as a base for an excursion. We were there for 3 nights. It is close to the autovia and railway tracks and may be quite tricky to find. The room was clean and comfortable and we were fortunate in that it was far from the road and rails so it was reasonably quiet, although others in the group were not so fortunate.The deal included half board. We were told to arrive late for breakfast and the first day there was only sliced bread available. Subsequent mornings offered the stale bread from the previous dinner and the remains of earlier cooked food. Dinner the first night was pork which was tasty and proved to be the best. The second night was salmon and 2 small potatoes. The last night was reported to be chicken but was dried out thin slices of probably chicken. I had the impression that we were second class diners.As a stopping off point en route it may worth considering but I would hesitate to stay for longer.

the worst hotel ever
This is by far one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed in. Was given a master key so I could go from room to room searching for my own Internet service and after 2 hours of searching through numerous rooms was able to secure one that had service. Asked for an Iron and was told that it had been stolen so they did not have any - I offered to go and buy one... I had to go to the local supermarket and buy room sanitizer because of the strong sewer odor, the pet urine odor and guest smoking on the non smoking floor. Asked numerous times to speak with the hotel manager and was told he had no set hours. This is a hotel that is far from everything - you have to walk through the woods (literary) to get to the train station and the local Carrefur market. This was one business trip I wish could soon forget.

Not Good will not return!
Rude staff, over charged us and would not refund. Wheelchair accessible room very small and no wet room. Served raw burger and no garnish !!Location was the best point as it was easy to get away from!

An experience
Two visits travelling south then north. Difficult to find. At 3am had to change rooms due to the noise from the adjoining room, continuous from 11pm. On the return visit asked for and was provided with a room with no adjoining occupants. Bliss. Modern hotel, good underground parking. Clean. You are better off with a view of the railway at the rear instead of the ring road at the front. Food average. Staff polite but were weak in dealing with the noise issue. Would not stay again.

Great hotel experience, mediocre location
The stay at the hotel was great! Everything was top-standard and for the good price we paid, it was a bargain :) The location is not perfect if it is really Madrid you're after, but it's quite doable if you don't mind checking out the local public transport and walking a few hundre metres. Book if you want to see something a bit more local on the outskirts.
