El pinar experience
Hotel was nice on arrival, it went down hill fast. Starting with breakfast the next day. Restaurant seemed ok , till spotted cockroaches all over the floors and the flys. Pool areas, and bars ,ok . But prices way over the top for us not on all inclusive.

you get what you pay for
stayed at the hotel in august 2012. room was on 9th floor so the view was pretty awesome on both sides but the food was a buffet and always terrible, there were cockroaches in it, it was every day the same and cold, restaurant was all dirty, no gym, not enought beds around pool...not gonna stay there again

Never again. Thoroughly disappointed.
What a disappointment. My husband and myself booked a 10 day all inclusive stay in el pinar in September 2012, and I knew the minute I walked in to the reception that this was not the 4 star hotel I expected. Staff at reception were unhelpful and the room was average. The hotel itself desperately needs an overhaul. No gym, no facilities, rubbish food, not enough beds round pool. Couldn't wait to get home and the annoying thing is it was not cheap! Waste of money.

Don't Go
Stayed at the hotel back in June 2012. Room was on the ground floor and when we arrived we where greeted with dead cockroaches on the floor, dirty bed linen and a disgusting bath room. when we spoke to reception it took 3 days for a cleaner to come, who burst into our room at 8am and screamed at us to get out so she could clean.We shared our room with some of the most hugest cockroaches I have ever seen. The food was a buffet and was always cold and disgusting.I will not be staying at this hotel again!!!!!

Perfect stay
That was just a perfect experience!!! Lovely hotel, huge room, really clean. The only disadvantage we found was that there was no fridge in the room. We were checked into a room on 10th floor with amazing view on both sea and moutains !!!! Very friendly and informative English speakig staff made the stay even more pleasant. Would strongly recommend.
