perfect location
The hotel is opposite the metro with fast links to anywhere in Madrid. It is also five minutes walk from the main Madrid Station Atocho which is also the terminus for the rapid aeroport bus. We booked well in advance on a good rate for three nights midweek and enjoyed everyone. Saved money be eating breakfast in the local cafes and used the cash for an evening meal one night. The food was excellent and much better than I expected for the price - well worth trying. the room was comfortable and clean and reception helpful. Fabulous park close to hotel and many of the worlds most famous art collections with walking distance. If you get the chance take the rapid train to Toledo from Atocho station and travel in comfort at 156 mph.

Great Location
Stayed 3 nights at the Husa paseo del Arte. Great location close to all main attraction and Atocha train station. Hotel is very clean and provide a decent breakfast. Tourist bus is just down the road from the hotel and plenty of nice restaurant on just 5-7 min on the taxi.

Wonderful Hotel in central Madrid
Me and my friend stayed in the hotel for 3 nights at the beginning of April. As requested in our booking we asked for two twin beds which we received. The hotel is extremely modern, with all furnishing both in the bedroom and bathroom of a high quality. The bathroom in the room was beautiful, there was a large sink, toilet, shower/bath and a bidet! The rooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard! Our room was located at the front of the hotel. A few reviews have commented on the noise, but that is to be expected from a city centre hotel!!! When the windows are shut you can hardly hear anything anyways!The location is excellent, a 2 min walk to Atocha train station which can take you anywhere! The hotel is at the bottom of a slight hill, which makes for great exercise after all the tapas! The wifi is VERY expensive, but there is a mcdonalds 2 doors away which provide free wifi, which we took full use of! The location, hotel and staff are excellent. Would certainly stay again!

Want Internet? Pay them 4 euro per hour / or 12 euro per day
The reception was very unhelpful when I told them that my booking included wireless Internet service. They wanted me to pay 60Euro for Internet use for 30 days. That is highway robbery. Don't stay at this hotel unless you want to pay through the nose for internet use. Management was unprofessional. When I asked about breakfast, they curtly told me that it was not free, as though implying I would not be able to pay itm or I shouldn't expect any freebies (on account of m y complaint). I had to speak to two people to get my Internet problem resolved, and ended up having to pay 30 euro anyway if I wanted to be connected. Plus, when I tried to contact expedia to sort things out, the receptionist just handed me he phone and did not help me dial, even I asked her three times how I dialed a number in Belgium, where I live. The hotel is more like. 2.5 stars with the service of third-rate lodgings. Location is the only thing it has going for it.

Excellent!
We stayed at this hotel just some days ago, at the executive room. It is on a top flour, with a huge furnished terrace, free wi-fi, and with a huge well-equipped bathroom, clean and nice.The hotel is very close (7 minutes walk) to all main museums, and in 10 minutes walk to Atocha station where bus to airport stops (yellow bus). A lot of not expensive but good quality Spanish, Turkish, and Thai eateries around.Sightseeing bus stop is in 1 minute walk distance.Taxi stop is in front of a door, and taxis are cheap there.
