Value for money
Stayed here for a girl's weekend birthday celebration. Great location, had a room with a view on the ocean and that was just perfect. The rooms are fairly sparse, but clean, nice bathrooms, but could have done with a double sink. The best part about the hotel was the breakfast buffet - it was really really generous, wonderful fresh cut fruit (not from a can!), fresh cold cuts, nice selection of breads and pastries, plus warm food. Really tops and can't beat it for the price. The staff was also friendly. Not a fancy luxurious place, but good value for money.

We paid extra for a sea view room with a balcony and the view was terrific.The room was a fair size with a good bathroom.The only British t,v, channel was BBC1 but that wasn't a problem We didn't eat in the hotel as we were spoiled for choice with many restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance.We used the bar a couple of times but I was a bit shocked to be charged 8 euros for a gin and tonic,made with Larios Spanish gin available in the shops for 8 euros for a BOTTLE. I tried a nice glass of Rioja,much better value at 2.5 euros.The only thing that let this hotel down were the toilets on the ground floor where the floor in the gents was never cleaned during our 10 day stay,my wife mentioned that the ladies had a similar problem.The best evening meal that I had during our stay was at a Dutch run Restaurant near this hotel called Treffpunkt.The salmon was fantastic,thanks!

Hotel by the beach and close to Los Boliches train station
We booked this hotel because it was very close to the Los Boliches train station and also right by the beach. We had a very nice room on 11th floor with a big balcony and amazing sea view. Breakfast buffet was good and we really enjoyed the freshly made churros. Altough for a 4 star hotel we could have wished for some fresh juices (it was from a machine). Lobby bar in the hotel also served great food. Overall a very good hotel! Negative was that reception staff was very slow and talking a lot on the phone and not taking care of people waiting by the desk. Negative was also that the cleaning staff used A LOT of chemicals when cleaning, the room smelled very strong of chemicals after cleaning, not so nice!

We had a great stay clean towels everyday room cleaned everyday and bed changed once a week great sea view,fridge in room, staff very helpful fetched extra pillows up to room within 5min of asking,central for everything,fantastic English brekkie nearby called uppercut it's a must we,l be going back

unexpected stay
I ended up staying at this hotel as the apartment we had booked for our holiday was not suitable. We got a lovely sea view room on the 7th floor. The room was cleaned daily during our 10 day stay and sheets changed.The beds were not the most comfortable and only 1 Pillow on them but I suppose you could have asked for another. Reception staff were friendly and helpful,although they did not speak a lot of English they managed to answer your questions.We did not use the hotel restaurant for Breakfast as it was a bit pricey at 8 Euros. The Bar/Cafe was not the most pleasant for a 4 star hotel and some of the male staff were a bit surly.However on the whole we enjoyed our stay and it was in a good location directly across from the lovely beach at Los Boliches.
