The staff were superlative from start to finish. Abigail from the front desk staff in particular was particularly responsive to our family's needs and helped accommodated us well. A great hotel! We found the buffet was a great value. The pool was a great activity, and the rooms were uniformly clean and comfortable. A really good value!

Better than expected

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza WHite Plains to attend a wedding, and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the hotel.Pros: Clean, contemporary hotel, updated rooms and good locationCons: Parking garage construction complicates the parking situation.I would definitley stay again if in the area! A very good value hotel!

Worst customer service I have encountered.

One in our party slipped in the shower and was bruised and shaken. Upon asking for a bath mat for the remainder of the stay for the people in our party, the front desk staff immediately stated, "yes, the tubs are extremely slippery." When I commented that perhaps some accommodation in terms of a discount, free meal, or free nights stay might be offered to the woman who was injured, I was told they would call an ambulance but that it is not their policy to offer free nights etc to people who have problems with their rooms. Next time, stay at a Hilton. They actually care about their guests!

Welcome emphasis on customer service

Wish the hotel included parking and breakfast with the room rate; otherwise VERY clean with stylish updated decor. Excellent front desk service, even with our 11 pm arrival! Parking garage under renovation so lots of twists and turns upward to find a space both evenings. If you can get a good price for this hotel, we recommend booking a room and eating at one of many nearby (walking distance) restaurants. Close to several major roads and highways.

Wonderful concierge

Had a wonderful stay on two separate occasions all because of the wonderful concierge Emily G. It's hard to find someone so passionate about their job and genuine! She went completely out of her way for the group I was with many times. Her kind spirit was so welcoming, it was like I had known her for years. Truly a blessing and a rare gem! Would absolutely stay again knowing that I will be taken care of.
