Comfortable, Clean and Inviting
Stayed here on the spare of the moment for an evening just to get away. Our stay was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and professional.We opted for room service breakfast which arrived promptly and was hot, the coffee lacked a bit to be desired but that's just my taste. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and nice staff made for a good night sleep. Passion for service all round!Would we stay again...yes!

Business stay
The hotel from the outside looks like it offers a lot however looks can be deceiving.If you are unlucky enough to be in the coach house you will understand why.The rooms are small, and felt cold even if it was sunny outside. The en-suite is small and with no bath the showers leaves you wanting The food was expensive for what you actaully recieved ,made worse by the service being very slow

Nice Hotel, Would Stay Again
Nice Hotel, Room was small and the bathroom didn¿¿¿t have a bath only shower, but still very nice, Reception staff extremely helpful and polite, and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. I would be most happy to stay again.

Afternoon tea
Had a celebration afternoon tea at Mercure hotel Milton Keynes today and it was excellent!!! and great value for money! Beautiful day and lovely food.The service was excellent our waiter was very obliging, very good at his job! Just a shame it wasn't busier, people of MK your missing out! go there, hidden gem, lovely surroundings.

Amazing wedding venue
We celebrated our wedding at this wonderful hotel. The staff, food, setting, and service was truly wonderful. We cannot praise enough for making our day so specialAll our guest have given us lovely comments about the venue nothing was to much trouble for Nicola and her teamShall be returning in the future for any celebrations we may have !
