ive stayed a few times at etrop.and have been very happy with all, bedrooms food staff.all very nice.i stayed a couple of weeks ago sunday night arrived quite late but had excellent service from the staff. and breakfast monday morning was beautiful, it wasnt a buffet it was menued. and the two staff that was on.mandy and mark i had a lovely chat with them and they were so helpfull, they made my morning, for the day i had coming.so etrop grange made my night and morning would recomend anyone to stay there

Wonderful start to the holiday
Booked one nights stay and parking for the week. It is a beautiful hotel with great service and staff and made for a lovely start to our holiday. Got a wake up call and transfer to airport included and was very simple to call for the transfer back. All went seamlessly and was so lovely to avoid the stress and worries usually associated with holiday parking and transfers. Would definitely go again as if it was a toss up between bleary eyed trek to Manchester at some god-forsaken time or a stay in lovely surroundings and 5 minute trip to terminal I know which I would choose!

Good value for money right by the airport
We stayed here for one night and left our car parked with them for a fortnight. The hotel was very close to the airport but we didn't get disturbed by any noise from it. The room was more than adequate for our needs - very comfortable. Peter, the guy who drives the courtesy bus etc., is very friendly and very efficient. The process of leaving your car with them and them collecting you from the aiport worked seamlessly for us. We will definitely be booking in with them in the future.

Not your usual airport hotel!
We stayed here for one night before we flew on holiday and we were very impressed. Having stayed in the usual basic standard 'no character' airport hotels before we were pleaseed to see this hotel definately did not fit that description. The hotel itself is located in an old house and the character of this has been maintained. It is quaint with lots of twists and turns down what seemed like endless hallways before we reached our room.When we arrived there were some issues with our booking and choice of room but this was sorted out quickly. Our room was large, comfortable with all amenities. Most importantly it well sound proofed as in spite of the location we heard no aiport noise.We had a package for hotel and car parking. The car remains on site until you leave for the aiport when it is taken away to a secure location. On your return it is waiting in the hotel car park, the bus driver has the keys and drops you off at the car so no waiting or messing about. Excellent door to door service! The hotel is literally on the airport site and it is 2-3 minutes drive to the departure lounge. Transfer is provided by the hotel on demand and is free and efficient.This hotel was great value for money and we would have been please to stay in this hotel anywhere, it is definately not a standard aiport hotel!

Absolutely incredible service!
My partner and I arrived at the airport very late after our holiday - almost midnight, and we were looking for a place nearby to stay. As this was the cheapest, I called to check if they had any rooms, and even though I was very grumpy on the phone, I was told that there were rooms free, and if I took a taxi to the hotel and provided a receipt, we'd be refunded! This cheered me up to no end, and when we arrived we were met by Adey, the night manager, who was one the most wonderfully kind and helpful people I have ever met. He organised a 5am wake up call for us, ensured that the hotel's driver arrived early the next morning to take us to the airport, provided wifi cards and gave us a lovely tour of the hotel. On top of this, our room was absolutely beautiful - immaculate for starters, tastefully furnished and so warm and cosy! We both had a wonderful nights sleep and it was without doubt the most perfect end to our holiday. I would highly recommend this hotel, and in future it will be the only place I'll be staying at in Manchester.
