Theatre & The Shard birthday trip
A problem with travel agent booking upon arrival which the hotel apologised profusely for and sorted within 15minutes; this resulted in an upgrade and more apologies even though not Chancery Court's fault which was very professional and very welcome after travelling to London! Whilst the refurbishments are carried out it is a little confusing to find receiption etc but everyone was very helpful. The building work did not affect us in any way during a weekend stay, The room was, simply, gorgeous!! A very very nice touch was a delivery of champagne and macaroons as a birthday treat as we had mentioned a lost booking and potential kick out was not a nice way to start your birthday weekend! Robe, slippers, toiletries and nespresso machine, well stocked bar were all wonderful. Very comfy beds, quiet rooms. Breakfast was very good, although a tea/coffee top up would have been nice. Special thanks to Gjinta and the front desk team for being so nice and friendly, we WILL see you again!

Good stay
Had a good stay at the Chancery Court Hotel. Rooms were nice and quiet, staff were very friendly. They're renovating so reception was temporarily placed in a narrow hallway. Breakfast was OK. Gym was placed in two hotel rooms - don't count on having a nice workout since it's tight and warm there.

very polite staff
I stayed here to celebrate my fianc¿¿'s 30th. the hotel is in a great location and the rooms were clean and smart , and the front of house staff very polite and were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel

Woken by drilling
Nice rooms. Dreadful reception. Can't even get to front door with suitcases as taxis barred. Refurb has meant noise from 8 this morning. Spoke to reception who offered to let me move rooms. But already awake and leaving in three hours. She then said she would send manager to stop the drilling but that was an hour ago and it's still going. Hugely disappointing

Amazing!
A Large group of us came here for the weekend with work and we all had an excellent stay. The hotel was being re-furbished at the time however we didn't notice any problems apart from the cramped reception area. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful.The bedroom was amazing with a good selection of tea and coffee (once i'd figured out how to work it) Some instructions would be beneficial. The bed was huge and had the most amazing pillows. Good TV which was linked to a sound system in the bathroom and another nice touch was the complimentary slippers and robes. There was a good selection of different foods at breakfast, However the toast was thin and cheap and the hash browns were chewy and greasy. Location is excellent with a good selection of shops and eateries and only 10mins walk from covent garden. Would love to stay here again.
