As the title says, this was my second stay at the Soho Hotel.As with the first stay, for reasons I do not know I was upgraded upon checkin from a Deluxe Room to a Junior Suite, which was excellent. The room itself was huge, wonderful expansive and well-lit bathroom, twin sinks, invigorating shower.Bar downstairs also excellent. My double vodka soda was more like a quad! Attentive service and warm welcoming smiles all round from all the staff.At breakfast next morning there was the usual excellent Full English or a choice of eggs, buffet ... whatever you want.I really cannot recommend this hotel high enough. It is well placed for shopping on Regent Street and Oxford Street, a ten minute walk through quiet, safe streets to Covent Garden and Leicester Square, with a huge selections of bars and restuarants also within 5-10 minutes walk. Likely, I will stay nowhere else in London for the foreseeable future, as long as budget permits!

We travelled with another couple for one of their 40th birthdays. The hotel staff were wonderful, the service was fantastic and they sent up a bottle of chilled champagne with chocolate and strawberries. So nice! The rooms were awesome. And the mini bar the best ever! This hotel is not cheap but it is completely fabulous. It is a new favourite and we can't wait to return.

We had a very warm welcome on arrival and a lovely surprise as we had an upgraded room which was really gorgeous and much appreciated!We loved the room which was bright, airy and the bathroom fabulous ¿¿¿ perfect for getting ready for a night out! We had a glass of fizz on our terrace ¿¿¿ what a treat after shopping all day! Just lovely!We had a drink in the bar before heading out and again the staff was great and we loved our cocktail! Great buzzy atmosphere.We got back late and chilled out in the lounge which was gorgeously comfortable and had an honestly bar with an ideal selection of drinks ¿¿¿ something for everyone.Checking out was quick and easy and a taxi easy to arrange.We loved the feel and look of this hotel and are so impressed that we will are already planning a return visit!Trying out the Crosby Street one in New York soon as love this chain of hotels.

I booked this hotel as a special surprise treat for my boyfriends 30th and we were not disappointed. From the beginning with booking to assisting me with making special arrangements, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Hilde on the reservations team was extremely helpful and accommodating as well as being very friendly and welcoming. I cannot say enough kind words for her. Thank you Hilde.We were always made feel special and welcome by all the staff which in London some hotels and establishments fail to do. There is certainly no air of arrogance at the Soho just high class treatment and 5 star quality.Our room was beautiful, large and tastefully decorated. Well sound proofed as a busy bar was opposite our room but we never heard a peep. Comfortable large bed and excellent Bose sound system to listen to music to get us in the mood for going out. An extensive mini-bar (which we didnt use) and a lovely turn down service with lavender pillow spray . Within 20 minutes of our arrival to the room a complimentary bottle of champagne was delivered with some delicious olives- what a lovely birthday surprise! The hotel has an excellent location and right on the door step of vibrant Soho- although we only stayed one night- we would have loved to stay longer, trust me, there is plenty to see and do in the area. You are only short walks to Covent Garden and the Strand. Just what you need when you are staying in London.Breakfast was included and it was fabulous with delicious fruits, pastries, cereals and of course various eggs and the full English. Plenty of choice! The restaurant is fun and tastefully decorated and a great place to enjoy a drink in the evening.I cannot possibly say enough good words about the Soho- it really was a truly fabulous stay, fantastic staff that are an absolute credit to the establishment, wonderfully clean and well maintained decorated hotel- nothing out of place and nothing was too much to ask. I cant wait to return again. Thank you for giving us so a truly amazing and memorable weekend in London

Stayed at the Soho a lot and have always found it THE best experience.Great staff, suites are stunning and the bar is the place to be seen!It's always my first choice in London and perfectly positioned for anywhere in the West End.Stay there, you certainly won't regret doing so. Stunning for a special night away.
