Very nice and modern
I traveled with a tour group and found this hotel to be very nice. The food was very good and the staff was helpful. I was disappointed that they do not offer free wifi. In fact, it's nine pounds per day! The rooms were vey clean and modern but ther was no air! The window only opened a few inches. My travel mates had the same problem. Overall, I still recommend the hotel.

Great city centre location
We paid ¿¿165 for an executive room and it was very comfortable and quiet. The little extras such as the coffee maker, free wi-fi and films are a nice touch. The room decor is very corporate and lacks style but the memory foam bed was very comfortable and the dual head power shower make it all perfectly acceptable for a night away. The location is great too Hanover Street is right in the city centre and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The Hanover Social is great for a lively lunch and lazy breakfast the morning after. Also a 5 minute walk away from Albert Docks and the Maritime Museum, which is a great place to head when the weather is foul.

YES, i miss this hotel!
I wen't here with my uncle and my cousin, to watch a game between Liverpool FC vs Arsenal FC. And i thought, For us that was an expensive trip, I knew by the time we left, so i thought we might end up in some "not good" hotel in an alley of Liverpool... but what met me was a PALACEThis hotel was incredibly delightful staying at!Rooms - amazing, good beds, great sleep, clean, lovely bathroomReception - Clean, good looking (both the room itself and the receptionists "wink -wink") haha!Pool - Great, i had fun, that's all i need to say!Gym - I sweated, I pumped, I got ripped! (Okey, i'll admit, i'm not so fit) BUT i worked out, many possibilities!Breakfast - Oh my God the breakfast, it costs you a little extra, but you should GO FOR IT... This is one of the hotels you could go to, just because of the breakfast, no kidding!Shopping and culture possibilities - GREAT, when i stayed there, there was a supermarket right by the side of the hotel! i Bought my headset there, which im wearing right nowOnly a short taxi ride to Liverpool One, or the Albert dockPlease let me go just one more time!(Give me helpful note, and i'll tell you everything you need to know, of where i've been)- Norway16 out!

Excellent
Fantastic hotel in a brilliant location.Few little things that were annoying, like a seperate toilet cubicle from the bathroom which would have been fine if there was a wash hand basin aswell but each time you use the toilet you had to go to a seperate room to wash your hands! Another thing was in the 3 days we were there the bar of soap was replaced twice which I thought was such a waste. Other than that staff were really nice and helpful and the hotel is in a fantastic location. I would definitely stay again when I return to Liverpool.

Family weekend in liverpool
This hotel was one of our favourites that we have stayed at, On arrival we were greeted by lovely staff who offered us an upgrade on our room for a small charge and it was well worth it. The room we stayed in had PPV movies which our three year old loved! it also had a nespresso coffee machine which to my Fianc¿¿e was a real luxury! Swimming pool was clean and nice, We had room service which was fantastic! I was a bit worried by the clubs and bars that were right next to the hotel as I thought it was going to be noisy...this was far from true, we stayed on a Saturday night and never heard a thing!Overall a great weekend!
