We stopped here on our way to a holiday in Italy and again on our return from the airport. On both occasions we had a wonderful night's rest and super meals. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

A wonderful wedding!
We had our wedding at the Glenmoriston on the 20th April, and everything about the whole experience was just fantastic. We were looked after extremely well throughout the whole planning process by Ben, who continued his amazing service right through to the very end of the wedding day. We can't thank him enough. We were married in a gorgeous room of the hotel, and the hotel is in a beautiful location on the river. We had more guests than the hotel normally accomodates, but they pulled everything off without any problems. All the staff were very efficient and friendly. The food was AMAZING! We especially enjoyed the tasting day when we go try all of our ideas just the two of us - we were really looked after! We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was a lovely, big room overlooking the river. Extremely comfy bed! All of our guests who stayed overnight also said their rooms were very nice and comfy too. Overall, the wedding was absolutely amazing - thanks to Ben and all the staff at the Glenmoriston. We couldn't have asked for it to be any better! :)

Not the best....
We decided to treat ourselves to a hotel break when we were unable to get accommodation in the serviced apartments we usually use. We knew the location of the hotel and after looking at the website pictures and reviews, decided to book Glenmoriston Townhouse Hotel for three nights. We were allocated a room in the annexe which bore no resemblance to what we were expecting. Basically clean, the bed was very comfortable, the view of the river was lovely, albeit over the roof of the floor underneath, but I'm afraid that's all I can say in their favour.Breakfast on morning one was a complete disaster which made us reluctant to use the restaurant in the evening, but they improved slightly by sticking to poached eggs for days two and three. I wouldn't rush back.......

Fantastic wedding venue
Stayed overnight with wedding party and enjoyed every minute. Although check-in is late due to a late check-out policy they ensured the room was ready within the hour as promised on arrival. Spacious room (great shower) with a view over the river. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. If you are a malt whisky fan then you have to pop in and see the vast range in stock behind the bar. Great venue..great weekend.

Great Room
We stayed in one of their club rooms, number 15 to be specific. Huge room with a massive ensuite including separate bath and shower. We were also facing the river. Rooms were well heated and well equipped. Breakfast at the hotel was also great, standard cold buffet, cereals, fruits, toast etc but also a hot option from the menu, didn't eat at the hotel otherwise so can't comment on dinner/lunch etc. Location is also fine, 5 minute walk to the high street. Not that we needed it but the room didn't have a bar fridge and wireless was available but at a cost. Apart from that pretty bang on. Late check in (4pm) but in turn late checkout, we got there early and they were happy to hold our luggage while we headed out, they also made an effort to make the room available earlier.
