It does what it says on the tin
I stayed here on April 5th, we booked a twin room, and it was only about 65 euro, breakfast not included. We got pretty much what we expected, a basic twin room with what has to be the smallest tv/monitor I have ever seen, it can't have been more than about 8-10 inch!! The location was fine, it was pretty quiet and fine for what we needed. I'm not sure there is much more I can add unfortunately.

Good value for money

House 108 Room 2 was fine
I stayed here for one night and found it to be fine. I parked at reception (although there was parking at the house) and walked along the main road a couple of minutes to get to the house (108). I was in room 2, which was a double with an en suite. All fine except I didn't find the extra plug sockets behind the bed until just before I was leaving. I had been unplugging the TV to put the kettle on. When going out of the room it sounded like there were kitchen facilities next door to the room although I didnt use them. There is a BP garage opposite with a budgens that has a variety of food available.

Value for money
Stayed here for 6 nights whilst on a work trip. ideal location near main roads including M40. Local shops and petrol station with in 5 minutes walking distance. Kitchen facilities on ground floor with coffee and tea in the room, alongside tv and bathroom.

stay away from room 1 in fact just stay away
Room 1 is next to the 24 hour reception and it is used 24 hours a dayI could hear people booking in or complaining about their rooms most of the night. Very cold ( as the heating went off at night and did not come back on till 0700 then only just)Heated towel rail in bathroom would not turn on (only heating in the bathroom making it more of an ice box)The window did not close properlyThe flush did not work very wellNo evening dinning even thought it tells you that they have a restaurant on the web sitehttp://www.buckinghamhotelwycombe.co.uk/facilities.htmlWe were told by the guy on the front desk to ¿¿¿go to the pub across the road, next to the strip club as they do food¿¿¿Had to wait 25 minutes to get a drink at the ¿¿¿bar¿¿¿ (more like a converted cupboard) as they only had one guy on for everything The breakfast was odiously made from the cheapest food they could get, half of the tables were stacked up with used plates & mugs that had not been cleaned up ( again only one woman doing everything) The dining room was dirty with electrical wires hanging out of the walls.In general I would never go there again nor would I recommend it to anyone EVER
