    Stylish hotel, excellent customer service, convenient location
    We've stayed here a few times now and there are so many things going for it. The main reason for returning is the staff - they are all genuinely friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are large and nicely decorated (although lighting may be a problem if you're there on business) and the Arran Aromatics toiletries are a nice touch. And I love the breakfasts - there's certainly something to suit everyone and if there's something that's not on the menu the kitchen staff seem to do their utmost to satisfy people's requests. We travel by train and it's a stone's throw from Central station so we can relax into our break quickly. We're usually in Glasgow to see bands - we've been to a variety of venues and the hotel has been conveniently located for all of them. Accessing the SECC is a 5/10 minute train ride from Central and you're met with a covered walkway at the other end - all so easy!We've had one room so far that wasn't up to scratch in terms of decor/fittings but I've reported these things and am confident that the hotel will sort them. A couple of rooms have been noisy, one with traffic, but I suppose this is to be expected in a city centre hotel - ask for a quiet room if this bothers you.

    Great Location, Lovely Hotel
    Took my partner here as a birthday treat for Dinner, Bed & Breakfast. The room was modern, spacious and comfortable. This was the first time we have stayed at this hotel and was a bit dissapointed in the overall atmosphere as this hotel is supposed to be a 5*. I would probably class it as a 4*. The restaurant is nothing special, expected more for this hotel. Service was good and food was nice. The best thing I enjoyed about the visit was the room and the breakfast, lots of choice great service well worth the visit. The location is great as you are just round the corner from Central Station and the main shopping areas are yards away. There is a Weatherspoon pub across the road where you can get cheap drink and a meal if you are not dining at the hotel. Don't know if I would go back, prefer the Hilton for overall ambience.

    Brilliant Hotel
    We were at Radison Blu for an overnight stay and will definately be going back. The hotel ia amazing but the most important factor that stayed with me was the excellent service from the most polite and helpful staff from the checkin/out desk, waiters/waitresses to the chambermaids and doormen. True sign of excellence. Well done Radison

    All the extras in big hotels, friendly service.
    We stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are quiet and big. We were on the 3rd floor, the odd numbers face the central station where as the even numbers face the other buildings of the hotel, not a great view but very quiet.Room service was very prompt! Can order buffet breakfast and get it sent up to your room. Concierge was quick to send up adaptor as well.Housekeeping did a good job the first day but then it started to slip. Replacing one towel instead of 2 and not replacing bits and pieces like mugs and teapots. This tend to happen everywhere though so I didn't mind too much.Friendly staff everywhere. Food was simple, it was average but it's nice and warm when delivered. Pricing of the rooms can get expensive for a standard hotel so need to book early with the radisson and you will be able to get a pretty good rate like we did.Friendly s
