Enjoyable stay.
Just returned from a week the Sun Riviera. We had a lovely room overlooking the garden. Unlike many hotels there was plenty of storage space. The room was very clean. We were pleased to find that the WiFi was free & easy to access.Beds were extremely comfortable. We found the staff polite & helpful & many spoke better English than our efforts at French. We note some earlier reviews mention the air conditioning not working - it was working well in our room. As some one else has said - we were pleased to have breakfast included in our deal, as although it is very nice it is certainly not worth 16 Euros! Would certainly stay again provided breakfast was included.

Okay, but needs some work
Overall, my wife and I had a reasonable stay. The hotel was good and following a long day out provided the basic things we needed. However, the hotel itself is quite dated, the front desk staff were not really helpful about the nearby area, and its quite a walk from old town/key restaurant area.

one star too many
Quite poor. it does not meet the standard for a 4-star Hotel. There is one star too many. We were lucky that the breakfast was included for our two-day stay, otherwise it would cost 16 Euro, and it is not even the breakfast the average traveler would expect for a 4-star Hotel: no buffet and no choice between sweet or salty, only coffee or tea served to you at the table with an assortment of croissants, bread and butter and a limited amount of marmelade.The room was rather small but quiet. French people have not learned yet how to build standard toilets with all is needed in a single room. At least in a 4 star hotel this should be done! And you know what I mean!To keep your car in the vicinity of the Hotel the only way in Cannes is to park it in the Hotel. They know it, so they make big money by charging you TWENTY Euros per day...Not a place where I would go again

Good price - quality relationship
Middle in the shopping centre with underground parking ! Nice garden with breakfast terrace and clean small rooms. Helpful staff - 2 minutes walk from Croisette - Great for staying some days not for weeks.

Lovely hotel in a great location
This hotel was everything we needed, comfortable, friendly and in a great location within walking distance of all Cannes sights (if your happy to walk). The pool and lovely garden are a great bonus in a sea side hotel.As others have mentioned the A/C isn't amazing but the hotel is far from stuffy, its cool just not freezing but we were there in mid July in 30 degrees plus and we were never hot in the hotel or the room. We had a street view hotel and didn't have any problems with noise in fact we noted how quiet the room was. The staff are really helpful and friendly and available 24 hours a day. I'd highly recommend this hotel and would definately stay there again.
