Cannot fault this hotel.
Stayed for a bank holiday weekend and whilst the hotel was busy the staff still paid enough attention to make our weekend away special. Check in was efficient and they have a special deal with the car park next door (Podium) where you can park all your stay for ¿¿15 assuming you don't want to drive anywhere. It is close to Bath centre and within walking distance of everything Bath seems to have to offer. Breakfast was excellent. Great choice of buffet hot and cold food. We did not use the restaurant as there are so many options close by too. The room was fine. My wife found the bed a little hard but I found it fine. We had a queen bed room overlooking the river at thd rear of the hotel.

Excellent!
Just got back from my friends hen weekend. We stayed here just one night. We had a lovely time. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed! Friendly helpful reception staff. Then we got into our rooms which were amazing! We had a great veiw of bath, the rooms were spotless & we found nofaults! Very ccomfortable & would definitely come back and stay here if I visit bath! We had a yummy buffet breakfast, loads to choose from freshly made, was often topped up by the chef on shift & we also had afternoon tea which was set up to the highest standards.Brilliant ! Made our weekend!

Bath visit
Not the prettiest building in Bath by a long way ! However usual excellent Hilton customer service from all the staff. Comfortable good sized room and excellent location for visiting the attractions and tourist sites. Super breakfast , including real English muffins. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent customer service and value of money!
Spent one night here the 7th May 2013, the staffs of Hilton have excellent problem solving and customer service skills or shall I call it "customer caring" skill? Firstly, we left our room window opened during the days and we came back with some flies at the corner of our room. After that, we been transfer to a better room> the Putney suite 318 immediately. Then, one of my friend accidently get hurt accidentally and I asked one of the receptionist to get some cotton but she then follows me and help my friend to help my friend dressing her wound professionally after the wound been cleaned. That is much more to say the great things about this hotel......The room quality, cleanliness, overall layout especially the lobby and the breakfast buffet were excellent plus the distance from the train station was great! I would definitely come back with my family! A big thank you for the staffs of Hilton Hotel in Bath.

Great location
Spent two nights here May 7th to 9th. Excellent location for exploring Bath, mins away from main tourist areas. Plenty of excellent restaurants in the vicinity. Underground car park is reasonably priced. Hotel clean, staff friendly. Didn't eat here as thought breakfast rates were a bit pricey.
