Change your pillows
Hotel is quite dated throughout. Staff are friendly and the food is actually fairly decent. The shower was quiet weak. The real main negative is the pillows. They are tiny which means you just can't get comfortable.

Overnight stay
Fast and friendly service, clean room poor quality bed in comparison to other similar hotel chains. Would have been a lovely view from the room but the outside of the windows was filthy,or covered with something. Easy to get to and plenty of parking.

Paper thin walls, awful pillows, poor quality holiday inn
Booked for 2 nights but hopefully have time to find some where else for the 2nd night. Room service food was awful, couldn't eat it. You can hear every single person in rooms around you, def not a good place to stay unless you want to be woken up constantly by other people and have dinner from the crisp machine.

Race night..
My partner booked the package as a late birthday present.. we checked in at 3pm on the afternoon, greeted by v.friendly staff, our room was clean with a view overlooking the parade ring. The evening 3 course carvery was great served by friendly staff, and entertainment after the races was superb. We wer,nt rushed out of the room the following morning & had an excellent b.fast at 11:30 before leaving. The hotel is so "user friendly" i can highly recomed it :-)

Night at the races
Spent a night at this hotel following a night at the races. The room was clean and tidy with a lovely view of the parade ring. The staff were lovely and helpful in the Premier bar during the races and in the Parade bar afterwards. The food was lovely and a lovely freshly cooked buffet breakfast bit overpriced at ¿¿13.00 each but if you buy a package this is included so worthwhile doing the package.Would definately go back and ideal for the races.
