"Business Overnighter"
Hotel easy to find with plenty of free parking for residents. I got a twin roon rather than a double but the room was clean and well appointed. Had two buffet style lunches, a breakfast and a three course evening meal and it was all good generally, well cooked and hot. Slight moan about breakfast, we had to queue to be seated so they could issue tea and coffee to the table, which for a non hot beverage drinker like me was slightly annoying.The staff were great though, friendly and helpful, and the bar staff at the evening reception were very polite and eager to please. Would recommend it. My room, 2098, had a view over the roof so wasn't great in that respect, but i spent so little time there it didn't matter.

Long Weekend
Our group had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in this hotel last weekend. The bedrooms were clean and the staff exceptionally welcoming and pleasant. Whilst we enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and dinners we found the roast beef to be very tough and the vegetables always rather cold. Otherwise top marks!

Great location and friendly staff
Booked the hotel because it's right across the road from the RSC. It's quite a standard Holiday Inn, so you know what you're getting if you're familiar with the chain in the UK. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Our twin room was a good size and clean and well equipped. Breakfast on Sunday morning was busy but the staff had it all under control and we thought the choice and quality of food was pretty good. All in all we thought it was value for money and we would choose the same hotel again.

Really like this hotel
We have stayed here a couple of times due mainly to its central location. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Swimming pool and sauna are not to the standard of a 4 star hotel and should receive some attention. Rooms are comfortable but could also do with an update. Dissapointed with the towels they were threadbare ! Bed was comfortable but you are able to clearly hear noises from adjoining rooms.Breakfast is adequate but not worth the ¿¿14.95 price tag.

Support team for the triathlon
This is not a four star hotel.For a hotel which is lodged in the wonderful city of Stratford it's interiors are jaded and old.The artwork that are on the walls is in every hotel in the country reeled out by the Chinese sweat shops in their trillions ..The food is mediocre .Its as though the chain has given up.No information packs in the rooms about the local area or the Wifi.We were cooked alive the first night in our room and changed rooms the following night.I also asked for a twin room for my grandsons but this was a double ...with a promise of being made into twins ...which apparently the staff could not do.
