Perfect Location
Just returned from spending 4 nights at this hotel. The location is perfect for exploring London. You are only a 3 min walk form Wandsworth Town train station which takes you to Waterloo, also a 3 min walk to the bus stop which is outside MacDonalds the number 44 takes you into Victoria, this service also runs all night. The breakfast in the hotel is continental style - pastries, juice, cheese, yoghurts, eggs, sausgaes & beans. The hotel was quiet, clean and the staff welcoming. David found an ice bucket for us to chill our bottle of wine. Everything in our room was working. We would definitely visit this hotel again.

Surprisingly good..
After reading the reviews I wasn't expecting much but it was actually very pleasant. Nice room, quiet night. Location was good with the River Thames a very short walk.Nice pub and Chinese restaurant nearby on the Riverside walk. I also noticed an Indian and Fish & Chip restaurant. Both looked good.Breakfast was a bit of a scrum as too many people for the space available but the staff kept on top of things.

Helpful staff
I stayed in this hotel in April and I found everything very good, except for one little problem we experienced which was a broken AC but once we informed the staff about it not working, we were immediately moved to another room . Agnes, the receptionist handled the situation very well , I personally found her very helpful. Her bringing up the keys for the new room instantly showed us that she was really there to help us and to find a quick solution. So in my overall experience, the hotel itself offers a very good service (again: very helpful staff), (here i would also like to emphasise the tasty breakfast ) . The location is very central, pretty easy to get anywhere. Next time we get the chance to go to London this hotel will definitely be our first pick.

Lovely Hotel
We stayed in this hotel last night as we were attending a wedding nearby. The hotel is clean, has friendly staff and the breakfast is plentiful and tasty (cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, cheeses, jams, croissants, pain au chocolat, sausages, scrambled eggs, beans). Thank you very much. We'll definitely be back x

Helpful staff
Although the location is not very central, is pretty easy to get to the city center. The staff were very helpful, making sure we were happy and greeted all the time. We had a very good time and if we go to London again we will definitely come back.
