Professional and good value
The room was comfortable, quiet and clean - you can see that the hotel is well thought through and very professional. We had a good night's sleep and a nice buffett breakfast. Very handy place to stay for our flight from Birmingham Airport.

Almost impossible to find but a decent hotel when we got there.
Every source for routing, my GPS, Google and other maps sent us to the wrong part of town when entering "2 Hewell Rd, Enfield, Redditch" as the address. There is a Hewell Rd. near the center of town right near the shopping center. It is just off of the Redditch Ringway. If you are using a GPS, be sure to get the map coordinates and use that. (And yes, I did update my GPS just before we left on the trip. It's not a brand new property.) You'll save yourself a frustrating, dizzying, maddening drive that seems to not be able to get you there from wherever you are. Otherwise, the staff was nice, the rooms were typical, clean, comfortable HI Express. Breakfast was good. The price was good too.

I stayed here with friends for 1 night and found the room very clean and quiet.We didn't check in until after midnight but we rang ahead to let them know and when we did check everything was good and the staff were helpful.Value for money with buffet breakfast included which was good.

Good for a short break or business
Stayed here for one night May 2013. Check in was fast and efficient. Second floor room was quiet and comfortable. Wifi was expensive at ¿¿10.50 but worked well. Hotel was fully booked but found lift use easy and Breakfast comfortable.Well positioned for a short uphill walk to the town centre.

Adequate
Stayed overnight and booked this for the night.It's a modern looking building, which was mirrored inside.Breakfast was run of the mill H.I Express offering, so we knew what to expect.Room was okay, bed not the most comfortable, so we didn't get a great nights sleep. The problem with having modern style furnishings such as above the bedhead is that the dust shows !Again there was nothing in way of acknowledging Platinum Members, such as free internet or something to entice further visits. Travelodge Bromsgrove Hotel , Travelodge Bromsgrove Marlbrook Hotel were both cheaper to book and as we then had a 50 miles drive next day, could have used these or other chains.You need to look after Platinum Members !
