Big Chain Indifference
This hotel is great for meetings in Marlow, which I have around 3-4 of per month. It is at the top end of the price bracket, but the rooms are brilliant for the business traveller (large desk with proper light and lots of sockets). The TV is large and if you can work your way through the unbelievably irritating media system menu, you may eventually find Sky Sports on there.The WiFi Charges are obscene - around ¿¿16 for 24 hours.I use this hotel a lot, as I am a loyalty scheme member, but I am treated with the same royal indifference as everyone else, as far as I can tell. This week, I had an advance booking, but had to change my plans, so stayed for one night instead of two. They actually checked me out without asking and stuck rigidly to the terms and conditions by applying the full charge for my no show night, despite the level of business I place with them. I have taken some pleasure in just placing a large training event at The Olde Bell at Hurley instead.If you want characterless adequacy, then this is the place for you.

Nice once you are inside but high wifi costs
Overnight stay when on business in the area. Located on edge of trading estate
Overnight stay only as planned trip to Windsor.Staff very pleasant and helpful at all times. Soiled pillows on the bed, you could see yellow stains through the paper thin white pillow cases. Net curtains in room grubby and torn.Uncomfortable bed woke up after a restless night with backache. Very expensive drinks ie; ¿¿8.25 for a large glass of wine. Big screen in bar showing sports channel, OK if you want to watch sports 24/7. Evidently a half hour walk into Marlow. No free upgrade to club room offered. Overall a very dis-appointing visit. Hotel more suited to business visitors and use of conference facilities.

Hotel good, location not so good
Very nice rooms (like other reviewers we were offered an upgrade to a king size bed instead of 2 doubles) in a very oddly located hotel. I grew up near Marlow but even I was unsure of the exact location of the hotel and began to lose confidence in the depths of the industrial estate. It is an unfortunately reasonable distance from both the station and particularly the town centre with no obvious shortcuts. The rooms were well appointed; very clean, nice linen, good quality toiletries, large bed, huge TV, desk and extra chairs. Unfortunately we didn¿¿¿t experience much else of the hotel (no breakfast, no drinks, no other meals, didn¿¿¿t go for a swim) but from what I saw it looked good. However, I am surprised by the price of the rooms at weekends; we paid ¿¿81 on a Saturday night excluding breakfast and that was at a special advanced rate and had to be booked 3 weeks in advance. Beware also of the ¿¿¿taxi¿¿¿ company they use; it is actually an executive car company with prices to match!

Nice hotel, strange location
We stayed here while going to eat the the Hand and Flowers. As a Platinum Priority Club member we stayed here on points and the welcome at reception was one of the best that I have had. The room upgrade ticked all the boxes and the complimentary breakfast in teh morning was all that we needed. Only downside was the location, but they make teh best of what they have
