Almost too good to be true.
The hotel is well outside the city and nestles in the south-west quadrant of the M50/A4 intersection, and so is perfect for a stopover. Within a minute¿¿¿s walk is a huge shopping centre with 15+ restaurants that must cater for almost every taste. The driving directions to the hotel are excellent and my satnav also got me very close, but look at a map too, as you can¿¿¿t see the hotel from the public road. Located at a dead end, with lots of cameras in the car park, it seems really safe. The building is modern, in excellent condition, and although close to major highways, surprisingly quiet. The 24-hour reception staff are charming and very helpful: on the first of our two visits we found a damaged shower mixer in our room and were immediately switched to another room without question. Budget hotels don¿¿¿t usually have two lifts, a bar, and free WIFI (for ¿¿¿Priority Club Rewards¿¿¿ members ¿¿¿ I joined on my first visit). The rooms are spacious and exceedingly well appointed. Our only criticisms are that our twin beds were rather too hard, and an unnecessary shelf in the wardrobe unit made it impossible to hang long garments, such as trousers. Otherwise it is by far the best room and bathroom design I¿¿¿ve seen in a hotel of this class. Especially noticeable is the lighting, which is all in the right place to illuminate the things you want to see. Tea and coffee in the room is a big plus, though the powdered milk is not very appealing. The breakfast selection is excellent, especially the wide choice of cold meats and coffees. I can¿¿¿t remember a hotel this good at this very affordable price.

Handy, close to everything
I stayed twice at this hotel and will definatley be staying again, I go to this hotel for the Warner brothers park, my son loves it, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is ample and the receptionists are friendly. I will be going back again this year. This hotel is situated right next to a shopping centre so a bonus

Exellent choice if one is interested in the location.
simple, new, clean and extremely functional Holiday-Inn. Quiet with decent breakfast and regular Holiday-Inn services. If you are used to the Ritz, this is not for you. Check location and be sure that what you want. I wouldn't consider it a viable option for travelers without cars. If the location suits you, very little chance for disappointment. Excellent price-quality ratio. Free, secure parking and free internet for Priority members (you can get your free membership on the spot)

Cheap and with a good service
Very well situated if you have a car. Nice staff, always very polite.Fair breafkfast. Wifi is not free wich is the worst part.The propoerty is well maintained.Will return if the wifi becomed free of charge.

excellent clean modern hotel
Staying here in mid march and first of all weather gorgeous!!! Hotel is just off the M50/A4 from madrid heading south. Easiest way to find it is get off at the factory outlet shopping centre, hotel is to the side of it. Rooms are clean, modern,good size, and bathroom is spacious too.Hotel was empty when i stayed, but would imagine weekends are busier.Free car parking and a car is essential to get here, there is no point stying here if you havent hired a car, stay closer to the centre.TIP: sign up to there priority clubits free and you get some extras, free dink, late check out and free wifi.Just go on there website and submit your email address.will definietly stay here again if visiting madrid.
