Park and Fly Best Hotel
My husband and I recently stayed overnight for an early morning flight from O 'Hare. The rooms were impeccable, staff was very friendly and efficient. Harry Carey's Restaurant is located on the property. Excellent Food! We were flying Internationally and our flight was leaving at 6:00 am. The Hotel shuttle departed every half-hour. The driver was very friendly and prompt. We parked our 2013 vehicle in the Hotel parking garage which was very secure. When we returned from our trip, we received the same prompt service from the shuttle driver. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Will stay again!

Very satisfied with this hotel. Read below if needing cab from ORD.
Great experience at hotel. Fast check in, clean modern room, good Internet. **If talking a cab from ORD, recommend arrangements in advance. Cabs from ORD to what they call suburbs charge 1.5 times the meter. My flight was delayed, shared shuttle was not manned at baggage claim that late except for illegally lurking limo driver who became rude when I chose not to ride. **Hotel was great.

Great hotel, fabulous location!
This hotel was much better than I expected. Very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very nice. The room itself was large, clean and had a refrigerator, small freezer and a mircowave! My only complaint was the fitness center. The equipment was pretty out-dated and didn't run smooth at all. Elliptical, treadmill, bike and free weights. That was a little disappointing, otherwise I would recommend this hotel. Keep in my, families with kids - the pool is outdoors only!

Pleasant Staff
Recent work trip to Chicago area. I found the Hotel staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating, The room was clean an comfortable. I encountered issues with internet connection and help desk not so helpful.

Pleasantly surprised
I occasionally stay at HIE as I travel, although usually for family vacations. I was traveling on business this time, so my expectations were set a little lower than I usually have. Of the HIE's I've stayed at, this is one of the cleanest! Room was layed out comfortably with a fridge and a flat screen tv. The bathroom was absolutely spotless, and the sheet and blankets were clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the mattress on my king size bed was a coil spring firm, while I prefer the memory foam type mattresses. General hotel cleanliness was very good, and maintenance seemed to be a priority. I found the staff great - friendly and helpful. The happy hour and free breakfast made this trip a little easier for us traveling business folks.Thanks for a pleasant experience and a great price point.
