Great Service
I do a lot of traveling for a living and I always look forward to my stay in the Chicago suburbs at Holiday Inn Elk Grove. The front desk manager, Abed, always has a smile on his face and a pleasure to deal with. He remembers my name everytime and is accomidating to my every need. The attached resturant is Shelby Campbell's and it has a bartender, Guy, that is awesome. He serves 30-40 people effficeintly with a joke, a smile, and "johnny on the spot". If you want a comfortable hotel with the home town feeling you have to try this place......5 star

Overnight Stay
The hotel was very nice and the staff was awesome. We checked in at midnight and the guy working alone was very upbeat. He made me feel right at home and for a quick second I forgot how tired I was. This was the first Holiday Inn I have stayed in with no continental breakfast but they had 2 restaurants in the hotel.

Nice Staff - Average hotel
The staff was friendly, especially the man at the check in counter.The hotel rooms are very average, but clean, which is what's most important. There's a pool on-site, so that's a bonus. We unfortunately couldn't use it because the kids thought it was too cold, but I saw others in there.Another good point is that there's no fee to park there like many other hotels.

Great for business trips
Have stayed here for the last few years when visiting the area on business. Very helpful and friendly staff, always willing to help if you need transport to somewhere local, i.e. the mall.Shelby Cambells next door is also great, good food.

One of my favorite Hotels
I frequently stay the HI in Elk Grove, The staff are always friendly and helpful, it is one of the few hotels I consider as being at home, Abed at the front desk always goes out of his way to welcome me and make sure everything in my room is in order.
