Comfortable stay and friendly staff
My brother and I were booked here for one night and we were pleased with the stay. The front desk staff was very accomodating and helpful. Everyone I spoke to at the front desk spoke English well so I didn't need to muddle through using my limited French. The room and beds were comfortable although the pillows were euro pillows (square) instead of the standard, rectangular size (a little thing that was easily remedied with a phone call). The bathroom was actually two rooms - one for the toilet and one for the shower and sink. This was good in the morning when we were both getting ready for the day. The location was very good for getting on to the metro - there's a stop right outside the entrance to the hotel - and Gare Montparnasse is about a 5-10 minute walk away. While the hotel isn't located near any of the more-famous sites of Paris, the surrounding neighborhood offered plenty of restaurants and cafes of various cuisines. I would definitely consider staying at this location again in the future.

Very good location Easy walk to Les Invalides
This hotel was very comfortable, and we had plenty of places to have dinner or buy a beautiful pastry or chocolate.We even found a good Chinese restaurant. The room was adequate in size and probably bigger than most in Paris.The bathroom not small and it was modern.Breakfast was good.We caught the train back to Paris Nord and then London directly from Montparnasse (good when you have luggage)Lots of pleasant walking ...Bon Marche, Lafayette and on to Les Invalides even to Place ConcordeWould stay again Staff friendly and helpful

Romantic Stay
We visited London and Paris for our 35th wedding anniversary. When we arrived at the hotel in Paris, Mickael Ritschard, the Front Office Manager, took care of us. We were on the 7th floor in a very nice room on the back of the hotel. Our room had a terrace with a table and chairs, and we could see Sacre Coeur in the distance from the terrace (the Eiffel Tower was blocked by the Montparnasse Tower). On two different days Mickael did something special for us for our anniversary. Our bathroom had a separate shower and tub, which was nice. We ate breakfast at the hotel each morning and the food was good, especially the pastries. The other hotel staff were helpful as well. The metro stop a short distance from the hotel door was perfect as we used the metro for almost all of our transportation. I told Mickael as we left that he had proven that Paris is indeed the most romantic city in the world.

Convenient for a short business trip
I had to stay in Paris for a night and I found this hotel which was easy to book, clean and efficient when if comes to a short business trip. The room i had (¿¿¿200) was small but clean and well organised. It is a good value for a short business trip.

Convenient, clean
Stayed at this property under points, so I did not check the price value, however it should be around $150-$200 a night considering it is Paris. Check in was quick considering we came in early, during peak times I noticed a build up of customers in the lobby. The building is easy to find and the best of it all it is right across from the GAITE station on Metro line 13! You do not need a car in Paris and this is an easy find and transfer even if you are coming from CDG. It is about 10 min from the Eifel tower if you take the metro. If you do have a car it is 18 euro/day to park and I do not know where the parking garage is.There is a shopping centre across the street and several restaurants and bars nearby. They offer a buffet breakfast for 15 euro/person.The room was clean, a bit small but hey it is Paris and I am on points, so it is what it is. The bathroom is really big in comparison to the room with good water pressure, plenty of towels and great/selection of amenities.The beds were comfortable with good pillows and duvets.Internet was fast and consistent, no issues there.There is a bag store room, in case you need to check out and want to wonder about. However the room is not completely secure. They buzz you in, and that's it. No security in the room, claim tickets etc. Just a room to drop your bags.In short, a nice stay, good location, value (if paying, reasonable)
