Wonderful staff.
I stayed here for over 3 weeks in April 2013 whilst I was attending a company training course being held in Cardiff. The staff were very accommodating from supplying feather pillows for a fellow trainee and sachets of hot chocolate to help us sleep (we were stressed from the course) and always with a smile. They had a great can do attitude. I am considering a long weekend in Cardiff as a tourist later this year and wouldn't hesitate to return to this Holiday Inn.

Good service, small room
I stayed while responsible for a series of meetings in Cardiff. The hotel was modern, clean and extremely conveniently located. The staff were friendly and on the one day that we used meeting space in the hotel we were very well looked after. My one gripe was that my room was very small, bordering on tiny: for a four night day, as part of a seven day trip, there was not really enough room for luggage and paraphernalia and not enough wardrobe space; it was also not really conducive to working in the room. For a one night stay where a good location is important, I would stay again, which is probably the hotel's stock-in trade, but for a more interesting stay in Cardiff I would probably look elsewhere.

Superb Staff!
This hotel has to be one of the friendliest I have stayed at in quite some time. The staff were absolutely lovely and made me feel so welcome I will definately go back. The Reception, the lady in the bar and the restaurant staff really understand Customer Service. An asset to Holiday Inn if you ask me. We ate in the restaurant in the evening too and the food was delicious. I recommend the Lamb chops if you get chance. Breakfast was fresh and tasty also. My room was very large and was spotlessly clean (along with the rest of the hotel). I would recommend a stay to anyone without fear of contradiction.

what nice people
The hotel is very convenient to the Castle and the local attractions,espescially if you are not toomobile. The hotel was very comfortable, with exceedingly pleasant and welcoming staff. The ethos seemed to be,"Everything can be done,we just do it that bit better " We are looking forward to returning to this hotel,because we had such awonderful stay

Location Location Location
We stayed for one night as we went to a concert in St Davids Hall Staff friendly hotel clean large bed plenty of wardrobe space hairdryer and straighteners in the room as well as an iron and a trouser press usual kettle tea coffee etc.Light airy room comfy bed. Had a drink in the bar ¿¿4 a pint but you are in the city centre.Breakfast excellent selection of hot and cold freshly cooked eggs etc will use again
