A Fabulous Kimpton Hotel in NY!
Within walking distance of Penn Station, Times Square and the Theatre District, this hotel has it all. Beautiful lobby, great rooms with enough light in the bathroom, and the staff could not be more charming, accommodating and fun...a perfect experience!

Great hotel, great location!
Loved this hotel, good base location for lots of sights & shopping. Amazing comfortable bed, was hard to get out it was so comfortable!!!! Wine and cheese hour is brilliant, nice selection of cheeses and fresh fruit...they are very strict on timing though!Room was spotless with a huge shower room, again spotless! It was my partners bday so they sent a bottle of bubbly up to our room. Join the in touch programme for wifi and mini bar access - you get $15 for the stay.Macro on the front desk had exceptional customer service and went out of his way to help us!Overall brilliant, highly recommended!

Can't wait to visit again!
We loved the Eventi! All the staff (Kevin and Victoria greeted us warmly on arrival and had a welcoming cupcake and note waiting in the room!) were so friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely interested in how we were enjoying our stay. Their desk is right facing the entrance and they always welcomed us back after our travels with a smile and a query as to how we were getting on. The rooms were well-maintained and had everything we needed and the bathroom was really spacious and well-appointed. There was great attention to detail - soft candle light in the lobby, small little floral arrangements on the lobby desks, a wonderful large floral arrangement outside the very efficient lift and a plentiful free supply of morning coffee for all! Security was good also, which is very reassuring. We were asked to produce room keys on our return before going into the lift and we were glad to feel well-taken care of in this way.

Friendly luxury...
Warm staff greet you and supply you with all the luxuries you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our front desk staff, Patrick and Stephen, made our comings and goings as easy and pleasant as possible. The restaurant staff was warm and friendly, btw the breakfast and lunch menus are super: delicious and plentiful. Can't speak for dinner because we ate elsewhere, the hotel location is ideal for access to restaurants and shopping. We cannot speak glowingly enough of Kimpton hotels, and the Eventi is right up there at the top of the A list.

Best Hotel Ever for Customer Service
My daughter booked this hotel and my husband and I usually stay in the "Big Name" hotels, not anymore after this wonderful experience. The staff are so friendly, accomodating and just plain make you feel special. At check in the person overheard us talking about my husband's birthday. We came back from dinner that night to a lovely card, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries from the concierge - totally unexpected but very much appreciated. They have a great wine bar from 5-6 with free, good wine and fruit and cheese and again the staff welcomes you so warmly, removing plates, and making sure you find a good seat and you are not even paying for the drinks. Same wonderful service at breakfast. Rooms are very well appointed and if you forget anything they have a list of items they will give supply. Closets come with an umbrella, cozy socks, robe - just lots of nice little touches. Can't say enough good things - would go back in a heartbeat!
