Clean but has a slight old cigarette smell
This place is convenient if you are shopping at Walden Galleria, Walmart, Target etc.... It is clean but still has a cigarette smell in the carpets. It is a smoke-free hotel, but didn't use to be. The staff was nice and the room was affordable.

Friendly Staff & Clean

Terrible experience
We had stayed in this hotel twice before, just because it is near the Walden Galleria and I don't know place well. It is old and not sound proof, smells of tobacco even in the non smoking room. The staff are not very friendly, had to ask for breakfast voucher otherwise will not give. The last time we were there, had a hard time falling asleep during to noise level, eventually we all fell asleep, the fire alarm went off at 1.30am and it was still on when we left. Ask for a refund and drove back to Canada. It was a terrible experience and I had never stay there since.

Nice and Comfortable place
We stayed one night at this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable, with a breakfast Voucher from a nearby good restaurant. The only problem with this hotel was that, all areas of the hotel even our room which was Non-smoking, you can smell strong smoke. Even in the elevatores and hallways. It is very close to Galerria shopping mall and very convenient.

Good deal if you want a place to stay and shop at the Galleria!
Got this place for $105 Canadian incl. tax for one night on Expedia. It fit the bill which was a clean place near the Galleria - you can see it from the hotel, but you have to take a quick drive! It also includes free wi fi and you get $8 per person at the restaurant onsite. You just pay the tip unless your meal is over $8 - mine was slightly over because I had delicious eggs benedict and a coffee but my daughters was under and you just get the credit for your bill. Spa is under construction so you can't use the hot tub and there is no pool which is fine unless you need one.
