Front desk staff is excellent!!!
Pros: Staff great with clean and upgraded rooms with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Beds were comfy with nice sheets, comforter and pillows. There are a lot of restaurants that you can walk to (check out Joey's Seafood Restaurant across the street in the plaza, Good food and on Saturday they have 2 for 1 fish and chips).Cons: The hotel room doors are VERY loud when they close. I did not care but the wife said the lighting sucks for putting on her makeup lol.

Too expensive for what it was....
Otherwise worthy of 5 stars. Everything was basic but well executed. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, WiFi was quick and free - and there was a coffee shop on the premises. My decision to stay here was based on the hotel's close proximity to a business meeting.

WOW WOW
Fantastic stay at this hotel. Front Desk polite, courteous and fast check-in. Suggestion, rope off area where guests line tio check in, I found people jump infront of you. Rooms clean, full with all the amenities one would need. Beds very comfortable. Excellent location, restaurants within walking distance. Loved the coffee in the lobby.

Road Warrior gives Thumbs Up!
This property was a nice surprise for me! I travel all over North America for work most every week and prefer Holiday Inn because their rewards program is my favorite. This hotel is newly renovated and rooms are nicely furnished with modern bathrooms and beds! Carpets appear new and elevator interiors also seem new. Staff were friendly and helpful. I found nothing to complain about during my 8 night stay! Centrally located close to restaurants and shopping too! Room heating and cooling unit very quiet and efficient. I experienced the usual door closing noises in hallway but that occurs most everywhere and the 8th floor was fairly quiet during my stay.

Family weekend for Basketball tournament
Nice hotel stayed with my family for our childs basketball tournament. Clean, we asked for a quite room. Nothing outstanding comes to mind. Hotel staff was pleasent. Had a Timothy's coffee shop in the lobby, which was nice for those early mornings we had to get up and go. Has specials for CAA members. I am sure it would be great for the business travelers
