Need to change the rules
I stayed here recently and left not a happy customer,I booked D/B&B as I thoifht it seemed good valueThe rooms are dated and the bathroom tiny,needs to be modernised greatly,there was a notice in the too That said steak and a pint for ¿¿¿ 16.50 which I said I would order as didn't want a starter or dessert,when I was checking out I had to pay fir the pint as I was told they couldn't swap drink for food yet I only had 1 course and they saved on the other 2 courses,I thought it was so unfair ANC won't be staying here again,very bad customer service

Good all rounder..
Stayed here over the bank holiday weekend in May with a group of friends. The room was a good standard, clean and spacious with a comfy bed and tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was lovely, good selection and excellent coffee!! The staff are excellent, everyone from the reception staff to the chef was friendly and helpful. The one negative I had was when I ordered food from the bar, on my second evening there. I ordered a burger, which came with bacon, cheese, onions and relish. When I ordered the lounge staff told me that this would take 40 minutes and gave me the option of ordering something else, as I particularly fancied something with relish, I said that I would wait, even though I thought 40 minutes was a long time for a burger and I was really hungry. When the food arrived, I was really disappointed to find that the burger had no relish or onions on it, and the the cheese had been melted onto the piece of bacon, and then placed on the burger. I took a bite ( as I was so hungry) but it was really dry, when I complained the waiter took it back to the kitchen, then brought it back out with a small dish of marie rose sauce on the side, which he called relish, and said that there were no onions left in the kitchen. I told him I didn't want it like that and declined his request to order something else.

Brilliant hotel
Recently stayed here on business and I have to say it was just perfect. The room was lovely and fresh and clean. The food was brilliant in the bar and the breakfast was great also. THe staff are very friendly Very pleasant experience and would highly recommend.

Very good value
We stayed here for one night as we were attending a wedding in nearby Vienna Woods. The hotel is easy to get to without going through Cork city and it a short 10 minute spin (less 10e in a taxi) from Vienna Woods.There was a wedding rate on the hotel which reciprocates wedding rates with Vienna Woods. However we sourced a cheaper rate albeit without breakfast from a hotel booking website (linked from Trip Advisor).The hotel has parking on site and is clean and modern.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Absolutely awful. The noise and behaviour of the guests on the same floor, and throughout the whole hotel was despicable. Noise went on until all hours of the morning. Would never stay here again. I requested a quiet room a week in advance, must have gotten the noisiest room in the hotel. Won't be staying again.
