Chose months ago after reading reviews for just one night before we cruise tomorrow. The shuttle picked us up within minutes of my call. The driver was friendly and helpful.The desk staff has been fantastic, especially Jaime. There are seven of us traveling (two rooms) and have had several requests. Great attitude and quick. We arrived earlier than the 3 p.m. Check in. No problem.Recommended pizza delivery place (Luigi) and it was delicious and plentiful.Rooms are very clean. Very nice and roomy.Love the free wi-fi. Nice and fast, too.Pool looked very inviting, but we didn't use it.Nice touch: you need a room key for the elevator.Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow morning (included in price).Would stay here again. The shuttle does take guests to the metro, but we didn't have enough time.

This is a very clean hotel with updated rooms, at least the one we stayed in. We got a park and ride package to fly out of Logan as many people do. The staff is very efficient. We walked in behind an airline crew and I thought we'd be waiting awhile to check in, but they got us right in with room key and parking pass. The shuttle runs every 1/2 hour 7x24 and the shuttle operation is impressive. It is not just one guy driving around and randomly picking people up here and there with a million stops. There is a radio dispatch that keeps in contact with the driver so they are picking up people quickly and getting them to the hotel. Just be sure and keep the number of the hotel handy so you can call when you land. The breakfast looked great. Unfortunately, we were not able to grab anything it because we were too much in a hurry. If I had one small issue it would be that we were in a handicapped accessible room with a very nice roll in shower for wheelchairs. We do not need this, but as the hotel was very full and we arrived late, I do not have a problem with getting this room. However, the shower curtain is too short so the water goes all over the bathroom. An easy fix seems to be installing a shower curtain long enough to reach the floor. That would stop at least some of the water - or perhaps lower the curtain rod. But this was truly no big deal. Just something the hotel may want to think about fixing. The beds were great and the room was QUIET which is my number one priority in a hotel - GREAT SLEEP!! If you have forgotten anything, there are stores around that they can direct you to. My husband made it to a store and back with a purchase in 15 minutes. One final tip - we were driving in late and were hungry so we stopped at a restaurant before getting to the hotel. But I wished we had gone straight to the hotel and eaten at their restaurant as it looked good and fun. Sorry I can't tell you one way or the other about it, but if I do this again, I will definitely plan on eating there. This hotel will also be

I'm a choice diamond member (they're highest level) and this is one of the nicest choice brand hotels I've stayed at. It is newley remodeled , the staff has a great attitude and tries really hard and the attached mexican restaurant is very good. This hotel is a few miles north of logan in a bit rough looking area that is typical of airport areas. There isn't much of anything to walk to so you'll stay in the hotel - which is a good thing.They have an airport/subway shuttle that runs every 30 minutes, so that means if you arrive at the airport and just miss it you'll wait 30 minutes and then it's a 10 minute ride to the hotel.

Staying at this hotel is like having a 4-5 Star experience without the staggering bill at check out. The entire staff is poised to meet your every need. We are traveling with an elderly parent who is hard to please, in most cases. She stated that 'this is the cleanest hotel she has ever seen'. The management should be commended for their efforts to train every last associate to such a degree. We will now always try to stay at a Comfort Inn, where ever we travel in the future, becuse of the Comfort Inn & Suites/Logan Airport. No wonder they keep winning awards from Choice.

We stayed here one night so we wouldn't have to drive in Boston's rush hour traffic to get our 8:00 AM flight. We were not expecting much, just a place close to the airport where we could feel safe leaving our car. What a pleasant surprise! The hotel is nothing short of wonderful. It's completely renovated, very clean, a very friendly and competent staff, a wonderful complimentary breakfast buffet and great security. The shuttle is very timely running every half hour. And on our way back, the shuttle picked us up at the airport within 5 minutes! I can't say enough about this hotel. We would definitely stay there again!!!!
