Great Hotel for Pre-5 Borough Ride in NYC
I was looking for a name brand hotel that would facilitate my sleep before the 5 Borough Ride in New York's 5 boroughs. The requirements, clean, comfortable and quiet! The Comfort Inn exceeded all of my needs. The breakfast was an added treat that I didn't have to forage for.The next time I ride in New York, I will stay here again. The staff is friendly, competent and helpful in finding a good diner for dinner, Mikes and only a short drive from the hotel.

No issues!
We are thanking the room crew for Room 115 during our May 3rd and May 4th stay. They provided everything we needed, Also to Toni (the WaffleMaker expert) in the breakfast room for a clean, well presented area. And finally, thanks to Matthew at the front desk who put up with our "Howdy's" and "Y'all's" while trying to find our way around Staten island.

Staten Island Inn
I agree with the mention here of the noise regarding slamming doors all day and all night that management should somehow resolve. I must say though that this location has an outstanding staff starting with manger Melissa who is fair, all ears and aims to please! A cheerful, bubbly front desk staff including the wonderful Stephanie, Lucas and Matt. My man on the overnight Anup George, very knowledgeable and helpful. The complimentary breakfast which is very good, is excellently staffed by Toni and Kathy who are both extremely friendly. Security is top notch when Larry is there and questionable when not. The charm of this Inn is the wonderful and diverse Staten Island personalities that run it!! Oh, did I mention my man Frank who drives the shuttle and manages maintenance and just does a great job.

Good Stay At The Comfort
During my stay at the comfort inn I experienced excellent service as well as a great value on my room. The rooms were very clean and there was a wide and delicious variety of food at the breakfast buffet, also there was fun things to do in just walking distance from the hotel. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again

Great place to stay and convenient
We had to come to SI for funeral and chose this hotel. The rooms were not large but they were very clean. The front desk and all of the staff were very friendy and helpful especially Jessy at front desk. Their continental breakfast had many choices and good, hot food as well and they truly had coffee hot and ready all the time.Two drawbacks...need more parking spaces in their lot and their radio in the room did not work.
