Nasty smoky, noisy
Was there for a week on business. Sickened by the thick cigarette smoke in my "non-smoking" room. The AC didn't work. The noise levels were quite high throughout the night. The whole place needs a serious scrub down and airing. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was lovely. You need to find a pleasant server and ask for a coffee to get the good stuff.

Clean, nice and excellent location
We stayed for a long weekend in the NH hotel. We arrived from Porta Susa, which is at a 3 minutes walking distance. The hotel itself is spacious, tidy and clean with helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the hotel is located in a nice area of Turin where, by the looks of it, the 'richer few' live.So mostly pro's for this hotel, a small con is the fact that the place looks a bit outdated. I am pretty sure during the late 80's, early 90's this hotel has been state-of-the art, but it has stayed a bit in that era.

Nice Old-style Hotel
A friend booked this hotel for me ahead of a business meeting. I had not been to Turin before. The room and breakfast were fine, if nothing special. One issue was the hotel internet did not work at all. Add to this a dodgy cell data connection and i was feeling cut off with work to do. I tried to plan for a sunday off with some sights. Lacking the internet, i went to the front desk thinking i could do this like in the past, some brochures and a map. The man at the front desk had no materials and no suggestions. He did allow me to use his desk computer to identify some places to go. In summary, i think i will try a different hotel next time i am in town.

Really good hotel but don't expect a room with brand new furniture...
I've got a wonderful offer for this hotel 100¿¿¿ for two night breakfast included for 2 person (yes you understood well: me and my wife) 25¿¿¿ each per night. Workers were really helpful an pleasant. Breakfast was relly really rich with 4 kind of croissants, cereals, eggs, yogurts, crostata, plumcake, pineapple, melon, kiwi, dried fruits, jams, marmelade, etc etc.Situated in the center of turin, in corso vittorio emanuele II, 10 meters from subway station, i really recommend it.Room are big, as bathroom.Very clean.Free wifi.The only bad thing is the outdated modern room's furniture... Give it a try

Sufficient but outdated
The hotel is pretty outdated with Star Trek like displays in the bedrooms and old room interiors. My bed had wheels of which I could only lock one so my bed moved when I shifted to my other side.But the service was good and the employees are friendly. They make excellent coffee in the breakfast room (don't drink the stuff from the machine but ask the waiters). The subwaystation is right outside the hotel which takes you to Porta Nuova or Porta Susa quite easily. I would recommend this hotel for a business trip but not for a romantic weekend.
